Works very well
This is a great frother / heating machine for milk (it does not steam milk as stated in the description). The glass container is very easy to clean by hand washing. I don’t think it would ever need a dishwasher, unless you left it dirty until the next day..? It does preform best with milk that has a fat in it for foaming action. Work great for heating milk for cocoa and does the stirring for you! 🙂

Great frother!! Confusing instructions so read below!
This is a great little milk frother!! I had another (more expensive) one that never heated my milk as hot as I would like and this one does the job perfectly, and I love that it’s glass! *Note* the instructions were confusing to me so hopefully this helps someone out if they run into the same issue as me – it says to select function and hit the power button, but the power button actually selects the function so in essence, you hit the power button bt 1-4 xs depending on which function you want. The instruction manual gives you the color that coordinates with the function and the base of the frother turns colors as you push the power button. Once you stop on a color, the frother will start momentarily!

I purchased this to make multiple cups when I have guests. I’ll keep it just for that aspect. If I were buying it to make lattes. I’d probably return it. It doesn’t create very good micro-foam. Everything comes out too thick. Great for cappuccino and brewed coffee.Pros:- Large capacity for making multiple cups- Easy to use- Good for cappuccinosCons:- Only makes thick foam, regardless of the setting- Takes a while to heat up- Milk could be a little hotter

I didn’t know I needed this and now it’s a necessity
I didn’t realize when I bought this I couldn’t ever add cold milk to my coffee again. It’s that good. Works great- pull the SPARE magnetized clip in the center OUT before your first use. It is a spare part. Also if you lift up the part in the center – you remove it for cleaning and that’s what the little brush is for. It does take a few minutes to process but it’s well worth it. The top is dishwasher safe – I would still remove the clip in the center so it doesn’t get lost in your dishwasher!

Amazing customer service
We usually do not leave reviews, but I want to commend this seller for their amazing customer service. When we first received this item, everything was great. We were living the life of having Starbucks lattes at home, without the price tag. Then, about 3 weeks in it stopped frothing as fully as it had before. At first, we were ready to return the item, but saw an option to contact the seller – so we took that option. We received a response within 24 hours (think it was a less than that), asking for a video so that they could see what was going on. We did this, and within 48 hours we had a replacement! Now our coffee is AMAZING again! Thank you SO much!!Issues happen, but in our option, how the issues are dealt with is what is important.

Didn’t work for me using almond creamer – no froth.
Straight to the point: It does not froth my almond creamer on any setting. I tried it 5 times with the same results: hot cream no froth whatsoever.

I’m delighted!!! this machine whips 1/2 of 2% milk into a delightful froth.. reminds me of whipped cream, without all the fat and calories… making a one person mocha every morning!! works way better than the little handheld whips that I have used up to now,….

Not impressed
I really wanted to like this but it doesn’t froth like described. It will warm the milk but it makes a grinding noise so I believe it’s defective. I am in the process of returning it.

Ich benutze jetzt den Milchaufschäumer seit 5 Jahren… für den Preis habe ich es mir ehrlich gesagt gar nicht gedacht! die verschiedene Stufe finde ich persönlich sehr praktisch… ob heiße oder kalte milch… alles geht! oatly milch geht auch super 🙂
