Great Coffee Maker — Easy to Use and Makes Delicious Coffee! ☕️I’m
I’m really happy with this coffee maker! It’s simple to use, heats up fast, and brews a perfect cup of coffee every time. The design looks great on my kitchen counter, and it doesn’t take up much space. I also love how easy it is to clean — just rinse and it’s ready to go. I use it every morning, and it’s been working perfectly. Great value for the price — highly recommend!

Amazing machine, perfect results on espresso and foam, easy to operate but do read instructions.
This Espresso maker rocks! When you clean the espresso basket there is a piece that flips up to hold it in place and protect your fingers from being burned. I noticed someone said they had an issue and suspect that was only due to this flap being raised, if it is you would not be able to properly seat the basket. Creates excellent espresso and using switch to steam milk works perfect to as well for vending remaining steam before cleaning basket. Everything works flawless, it may not be the fanciest machine out there but the value is absolutely outstanding for price. I had no problems creating cappuccinos with this with perfect foam using a variety of milks including higher protein lactose free milk. Creamy foam rich espresso, incredible coffee shop like experience. Basically pays for itself in ten uses and you can make your own delicious coffee treats exactly like you want. I like to use sugar free vanilla bean, pistachio, and cinnamon flavored syrups as well when I am feeling like sweet but a plain cappuccino is also superb. Especially if having with a pastry!

Video NOT the same machine & couldn’t put filter in lock position or remove without herculean effort
I am a Mr. Coffee espresso fan of their machine and my espresso machine still works great after many years. I just gifted one for a family member since they loved my coffee, and we opened the box yesterday and she asked me to start the first brew since I already owned one. First, was surprised at how light the appliance was and had no “heft” like mine–it slid around the counter very easily. Then noticed the “on” light is no longer positioned in the front of the machine–it is on the side! (What good does that do if you cannot see if the machine was left on unless you remember to go right up to it and look at the side of the machine.) After rinsing out the water well and putting coffee into the portafilter, we had an EXTREMELY difficult time putting it into the “lock” position. I kept removing and trying it again to slide it into position and couldn’t do it, and then my daughter-in-law also couldn’t do it. We kept taking turns–removing and trying again and again until with all her might she was able to slide it in the “lock” position. Once the coffee was done and we let steam out of the spout, we COULD NOT twist the portafilter to remove it. We removed the lid to make sure no steam was in the machine, and again we both tried, and eventually she managed to slide the portafilter off after using all her strength. I told her something is wrong…we tried another round of coffee and had the same issue. I have returned it since it shouldn’t be almost impossible to place the portafilter into position and then trying to remove it with such force–hopefully this particular machine is defective. I have asked for a replacement and when it arrives, I will try to use it before gifting to make sure this isn’t an issue. And by the way, it no longer comes with a glass carafe with a cover–just a plastic water pitcher, and a metal frothing cup.

Mr. Coffee Espresso Machine
I got this to replace the espresso machine I’d had for 20+ years. I’m old, I hate change, and I knew whatever machine I got, I’d have to learn it. Fortunately, I was amazed that I “got it” on the first go-round before I even read the directions. LOL! I like this new machine a lot.

It exploded
The morning was quiet, save for the bright chirping of birds outside my window. This espresso machine, a trusted relic of my countless hurried mornings for the past 7 months, stood proudly on the counter, its chrome surface gleaming under the dim lights. It had brewed hundreds of espressos, and endured endless cycles of heat and pressure—but today, something was different.Deep within its metallic core, an unseen war was raging. Pressure, relentless and insidious, built up inside, coiling like a beast waiting to strike. I was oblivious to the impending catastrophe and packed the portafilter with freshly ground espresso, twisting it into place with the ease of habit. Then, in a heartbeat, chaos erupted. With a thunderous crack, the portafilter was wrenched free, rocketing across the room in a blur of steel and fury. A plume of scalding steam exploded from the machine’s belly, filling the air with the acrid scent of burnt coffee. Espresso grounds burst forth like shrapnel, coating the counters and the walls. A ceramic cup shattered as the force sent it tumbling to the ground, its contents splattering like blood across the tiles.I staggered back, hands raised against the sudden storm of heat and debris. And then, silence. The machine sputtered, wheezed, and gave one last exhausted hiss before slumping into stillness. The espresso machine had met its end—only 7 months after purchasing—not with a slow decline, but with a violent, caffeinated explosion that no one would soon forget.

Stopped working within 4 weeks – not good enough

Some other reviewers have complained that this coffee maker “explodes” when removing the portafilter after brewing their coffee. I’ve found that it’s best to just let the machine sit and cool down before removing the portafilter.I would also say that the coffee produced by this machine isn’t really espresso. There’s no creama. In a sense, it more resembles a stand alone moka pot. That said, it produces a decent cup of coffee.

Amazingly disappointing. Used it on day one and it worked great and was excellent espresso. Day two the light comes on but no espresso comes out. Beyond frustrating.
