Likely a Defective Unit, Not a Brand Issue
I do not think this is a general or common issue with the product. Most likely, the unit I received was defective. From the first use, it did not produce the proper foam expected for Turkish coffee, and after about two weeks, it stopped working completely. For this reason, I returned it to Amazon.Karaca is a brand I normally enjoy using and confidently recommend to friends, so I believe this was an isolated case.
