Works great, looks great
Very happy with this new microwave. Great size for fitting on our small kitchen shelf. Love the white interior and bright bulb, so food can actually be seen, unlike dingy grey interiors on competitive units. The style fits well with our Viking stove. Love that the kitchen timer can be set, and then the microwave can be used, without interrupting the timer. Love the flat interior ceiling so our magnetic splatter guard can stick to it when not in use. Note that this unit does not come with a flat plug, so I bought a 3′ flat plug extension cord from a big box improvement store. Would prefer it came with this directly.GE: if you’re reading this, I have two minor criticisms. One, the turntable makes a clacking sound, like a train in slow motion, when spinning around with a cup on it. Two, the door doesn’t line up visually with the front panel, resulting in the chrome stainless perimeter having a sloppy zigzag appearance. Manufacturing tolerances should be improved in both areas.

The microwave has been really and does everything it is supposed to the. The wifi connect is interesting and haven’t really used it alot but it works!

Great size for small spaces!
I live in a smaller townhouse so don’t have a lot of counter space. This microwave is perfect for an apartment or for smaller spaces! It’s working perfectly … so far, so good with no issues. I did, however, disable the lock on the door for child protection since my grandchildren who visit are older.

Too simple!
I have to say, setting this up was very, very simple. Same thing on integrating with Google Assistant.The only thing I believe is missing, is a QR Code to a direct download of the Smart HQ app from the store. I had to guess and download the first GE app that appeared, but its not the only one, as there is an older app in the store. After the app was installed, it picked up for bluetooth pairing and WiFi setup.I hardly write reviews, but I do install a lot of smart devices, that sometimes are a PITA to setup and make it work.

This microwave is adequate
Instructions are very sketchy and troubleshooting is incomplete. Microwave has some convenient features but have not figured out how to change the power level.
