I purchased 8 Port POE NVR and 4 Cameras Combo price is good and afordable system is awesome cameras include a mic. so you can comunicate with people on the other end sound and clarity are great. Camera quality is nice and crisp very colorfull. infrared is great. connectivity is easy and simple almost plug and play. NVR detects cameras in about a minute. I highly recomend Hiseeu Camera systems wify and POE. price is very reasonable unles you are rich and want to pay thousands of dollard for a system that will give you the same quality for your money..

Perfect for our small storefront business
After 4 years of running a small storefront business, we needed to replace the surveillance system originally installed. The individual we hired to do this installation is definitely a knowledgeable professional in the security and surveillance industry, employed full time for that purpose by a major Las Vegas casino brand.This was the system he recommended we purchase, the one he successfully installed for us in just a few hours, using the existing wiring from the prior system.It works seamlessly instore; we can monitor any or all cameras 24/7 on our cell phones as well as our home PC. Unlike our original system, this one provides vivid color, much clearer and wider pictures, it allows for ZOOM on playback, and allows for audio monitoring, 1-way or 2-way, live and on playback.

Worst company ever you’ll only destroy your house by drilling holes only to remove the system later
I would leave zero stars if I could. Call tech-support eight times and they could not solve the problem. Cameras would not stop making noises saying something about parking here they would not do motion tracking at all. No matter how many times they trouble shot the problem on the phone when they got frustrated, they would hang up. They kept making me change all the settings and nothing worked at all. Very deceiving that you can run it from the app, but you cannot system is over complicated and too many functions to have to worry about and be in front of a computer to make the cameras do anything. This is designed for a security guard to sit behind a desk and actually physically, move the cameras following somebody in a mall. I am returning all their products as I had a problem with their doorbell, their wireless cameras, and their POE new system cameras that were dual lenses and will not track anything. To shut the sound off from it keeps saying don’t park here we had to shut off all the notifications. There is no human tracking allowed on these cameras and all the other features that a normal camera or a cheaper camera would have this camera lacks. I have Roku cameras that work better for 1/8 of the cost. Don’t walk away from this company run. They are absolutely useless for customer support then you call them after a while. They memorize your number and they stop answering the phones. The app has 1000 features on it that do not work on the camera as if somebody’s holding a stick outside or a knife. Why put all the app features on there if they do not work with those cameras. Was also told it was a 16 channel system eight hardwired cameras and could add the rest Wi-Fi. The doorbell would not even link up to the system and was told it was not compatible, but yet it was from the same company and their brand that they sell. I tried to install a regular SD card from unknown company and it would not work forcing me to have to buy their SD card as it would not allow me to format a popular name brand SD card. I can go on and on and on about how crappy they are now I have holes drilled in my house for wires through my siding and soffits and will have to pay Over $1000 to get my side and fixed as the wires need to be removed. I also paid over $700 in labor just for a guy to walk around my house to see whether or not the cameras were moving while I was inside clicking the buttons I truly feel that I should file a lawsuit and should be reimbursed for the damage to my home and the additional labor cost needed in order to troubleshoot these cameras

I have used these for several months now, and would purchase again. I had one camera stop working due to a power surge, and the hard drive quit soon after. I believe this was also due to the power surge and no fault of the product. The hard drive was easy to replace, and all of the other cameras have operated perfectly. Setup was very straightforward. I do sometimes lose the signal to one of the cameras and have to unplug and re-plug the cable back in to the nvr to get it working again. I do recommend and would purchase again. Very satisfied for the price.

this camera has been way better than I expected for my business. The video quality is super clear, even at night, and the motion detection is pretty spot on—not too sensitive, but still catches what matters. The app is easy to use (took me a minute to get used to it, but no big deal), and everything runs smoothly. Setup was simple, and the fact that there’s no monthly fee is a huge plus. When i ask quetions about camara ,customer service was quick to solved my problem. I definitely recommend!

After about eight months, one camera would repeatedly go offline. I tried resetting the system, changing the cable and the Ethernet port it was plugged into, still same issue. Emailed customer service, they responded next day with some questions, and about a week later had a new camera shipped to my door. It was a hassle free experienceSetting up the system is no different than buying a new phone or computer, just follow instructions and you’re good.The hardest part and most time consuming is installing cameras, fishing/hiding the cables.Mobile app is straight forward and can view cameras from anywhere with no monthly fees, on multiple phones.System is easy to use, good quality, fair price.

I used this set to install my very first camera system at my home. This set was a perfect choice. The images from these cameras are amazing. You get really good pictures night and day. Nighttime is black and white, but reverts back to colour with the spot light. Every camera is equipped with spot lights, which activates when motion is detected. Great value too, because Hiseeu provides really good cables. I was impressed that they were long enough to get to my garage! Also, the screws and anchors Hiseeu provided are good quality, and held the camera in place nicely. I needed some help from support, and they were extremely prompt, and gave me great assistance. Thank you Hiseeu!

It is now 2 years later. System has worked perfectly. Purchased 3 additional cameras. Installed the 8MP hiseeu camera on my 5MP system. Seems to perform with any problems. Other 2 cameras were IP compatible PAN/TILT/ZOOM from another company (REOLINK). IP addresses did not link up immdiately so i down loaded VSDC software, direct connected the cameras to my computer and changed the default IP address. Was a little complicated and time consuming, but the system soon found the cameras. All functions are working perfectly.I do have one issue. Not sure if it related to my network or the NVR system, but 12 cameras seem to put a heavy drain on the data throughput. Especially with everything running in the highest resolution modes. So i cut back to medium quality for general viewing and high quality for recording. I also run 2 POE’s to help with the extra power to run all the cameras over my network. I strongly recommend using high end ethernet cable, especially when cable distance is closer to the 100 foot range for each camera. I also found that one of my PTZ cameras likes lots of power, so i added a 12v power supply to it.———————–I am so happy with this system I showed it to a friend of mine. He was so impressed he asked me to install one for him. His favorite part of the system is the clarity and the fact that he can watch his house from abroad. I included a copy of my first review I did for this system below.————————————————————————————-I purchased this camera system several weeks ago. In a nutshell I found this system very complex and difficult to navigate, however this is due to the prolific number of options available making it an extremely versatile system. The system came with 600 feet of ethernet cable in 8 roles of 50 and 100 foot lengths. I mention this because I could not find it documented on the site anywhere at time of purchase. The cameras themselves have the excellent quality pictures; both day and night. I had some difficulty getting a stable connection with my own cable at 200 feet; I believe this was due to the cable itself. So don’t cut corners here. I remedied this with a POE. I suggest just purchasing a high end cable from the get-go. The communication speed of the cameras is impressive as well. Onto the heart of the system. My number one issue is the lack of a power button. At least I could not find it. If there is one please let me know where. Beyond that here are the perks… There are literally thousands of options to program this unit to meet your needs: 1) you can add storage, 2) use a cloud, usb for external storage, view from the base system or your own computer or phone from anywhere at no charge, 3) many options to program thresholds, areas, people or vehicles and intensity for all motion detections, 4) Options for multiple party emails, increased monitoring, alarms. tampering, video loss, scheduling and lots more upon any breech, 5) One button detection or cameras. Cameras also have their own ip address, and can be networked, 6) networking includes tcp/ip, ddns, p2p, emails, ftp, pppoe, port addressing, subnet and lots more options for the tech needs. 7) multiple screen layout options for local or external viewing, 8) software can be updated. To be honest I just touched on versatility of this system. dollar for dollar a great investment. I do recommend purchasing it. I did call support once over the POE issue ; they returned my call by the next day. Warning… Be prepared to spend a considerable amount of time learning this system. I still have lots to do to get it set up just the way I want it.
