Love it! Pretty easy to set up and figure outVideos help a lot with installation. It comes with the ability to extend to be longer if you need that for your door. I applied I to my apartment door and am so pleased. I have not set up fingerprint because I wasn’t comfortable giving up my prints but I use the plastic pass or the key it looks so sleek and professional the lock works well after batteries are put in and it tells you in the app the strength of your batteries! So you know when to change

I love it!
The lock is easy to install. Instructions are clear and it looks chic and sophisticated. It opens easily with a code, key and IC card. The DDLock App can also be used to open it once in Bluetooth range. Outside bluetooth range you have to get the gateway add-on. Overall I am pleased with my purchase. Let’s see how well it holds up over time.

Great so far!
Instructions were kind of straightforward but includes videos to watch, which I did. Took me about an hour to remove my old lock and install this after a couple trial and errors with the direction the knob goes lol. Could easily be done in 30 now that I know what I’m doing.BTW: you lock the door by holding down the pound sign on the keypad. I like that you have the option to use a fob, key, or code. Looks good, functional, tells you the battery level… My only gripe: the app needs to tell you if the door is locked or not and to be able to adjust the tones or volumes of tones on door. Add those features and this door is def a 5/5 for the money!

We absolutely love our smart lock!The fobs are so easy to use and unlock the door faster than punching in the code! Perfect for potty emergencies 🤣The app is easy to use. Perfect for AIRBNB users.Also love the auto lock feature incase you’re one to forget to lock the door.My dad installed it so can’t really speak to the ease of installation but he said he was gonna order one too so it must have not been too bad.

Product value and product support are amazing. We purchased two setsand had a bid of a learning curve installing the first one. The second lock went up in minutes. The directions were excellent but we chose to forge ahead without reading them! We made a few mistakes but the customer service people were quickly accessible and set up straight right away.
