How to reconnect and operation when failed to reconnect？
When KH-23 is connected with your cell phone successfully once, it will reconnect to the paired device automatically when power on. If failed, please press and hold the MFB for 5-7 seconds to reconnect.
How to pair the Bluetooth headset to computer?
Power on the Bluetooth headset, and turn on the Bluetooth on your computer: Select Computer Settings > Bluetooth & other devices > Add Bluetooth or other device > Bluetooth > Find KH-23 and click to connect.
How to activate voice assistant?
Press and hold MFB for 1 second to wake up the voice assistant.
How to delete paired records？
In standby status, press and hold volume + and MFB at the same time for 5 seconds to clear the pairing record, now KH-23 will not connect to previous devices automatically.

I find this Bluetooth headset to be better than expected, excellent sound quality that’s very loud and clear. The headset sits comfortably on the head and features excellent noise cancellation, it even works better than more expensive models. I’ve been using the KH-23 Directional Mic Design Wireless Headphone for calls and online meetings, and it’s been a really pleasant surprise for the price. I’ve been using the Sarevile Trucker Bluetooth Headset for work-from-home calls, and overall it’s been a reliable and solid headset.Pros:• Very durable — it has held up really well with daily use.• Quick, easy Bluetooth connection most of the time.• Reversible microphone — one of my favorite features! You can move the mic to either side so the earpiece works on your left or right ear. The mic isn’t fixed, and that flexibility is super convenient.• Classic black design that looks clean and professional.• Good sound quality for both calls and listening.• Long battery life — it lasts through long workdays.Cons:• No Obvious battery level indicator. This is the biggest downside. When I’m working from home, I’ve had it unexpectedly die on me because there’s no clear indicator how much charge is left.• Occasional disconnects. Even with the phone it’s already paired to, it sometimes disconnects mid-session and I have to reconnect, which can be frustrating during calls.Overall, it’s a strong, comfortable headset with great features, but adding a battery indicator and improving connection stability would make it perfect.

I am not a truck driver but I work from home and I needed a headset for calls. This headset has everything I needed: long battery life, clear sound, connection to 2 devices and it covers only one ear so that I am still aware of my surroundings. It is light and comfortable enough to be worn for a long period although I haven’t had to wear it for a whole day. The headband can be adjusted to fit most head sizes. I have a large head and had to open it to the max for it to fit. It is easy to connect and use and the mute button comes in handy. Even people who are not tech savvy will have no problem using it. I would have preferred a sleeker design but due to the fact that the buttons are large, I don’t have to fiddle to find them. And they have a nice feel to them. Overall it feels like a solid headset that could last a long time.

It can get a little uncomfortable if worn for a long period of time (few hours), however, for shorter periods it’s fine.The quality seems good. Had no issues connecting the headset to phone and computer simultaneously. WOW! Clear Sound, Long Battery Life, Long Range. Easy-to-Use Controls.This headset has proven itself very quickly. I work at my desk all day and need to switch back and forth from my computer to cell phone – it works on both devices.I also like the freedom to walk away, grab a coffee, and come back to my desk – all while on a call. I can do all of this with this headset, without losing connection and with no loss of clarity.The build quality is solid and adjustable microphone arm is extremely flexible.The control buttons for volume and mute are large and easy to access. I’ve struggled with smaller headsets where buttons are sometimes so small that they can be hard to use.Overall, a very good headset for the money.
