Unusable after only a couple uses
I’ve only used it a couple times and it’s already unusable. It couldn’t find the charger and was shutting itself off, so I manually put it on the charger. Got it to 100% and tried to run it, and it says in poorly translated English that the Lidar sensor cover is stuck or obstructed. It spins freely and is completely clean and free of obstructions. It also spins when it’s trying to run. I did a full factory reset, and it’s having the same error come up. The user manual on their website had its SECURITY EXPIRE, so Google says it’s unsafe to visit. I was able to find it on another website and it has nothing about this error and is very light on details/ poorly translated from Chinese. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL

Great way to free up a daily chore
I wanted to wait a week before I review this vacuum to ensure i had enough time seeing how effective it would be in a household full of pets and kids. So far I am pretty impressed. It’s built pretty sturdy and looks sleek. We run it once a day after dinner and it does a great job and picking up stray crumbs and hair in the dining area and kitchen. The sensors were great and avoiding furniture also scattered around the house. The sound level is also not too bad and can almost be compared to white background noise, which I did not mind. I have not tried the mopping option yet as I Personally prefer a manual mop, but maybe in the future. The only negative I could think of is that the voice is a bit hard to understand, perhaps with a slight robotic accent? Overall, a great affordable pic to free up your time from doing a daily task of cleaning!

Stopped working after 2 months.
Stopped working after 2 months. Bought in September and stopped working by November. At first it was just malfunctioning and turning off intermittently and now doesnt turn on at all. Tried all the switches and resetting in the app and won’t turn on. I liked it well enough when it worked for the price, mopping wasn’t great but a decent add on, enjoyed the vacuuming for cat fur, but brush did need to be detangled every other day or so. Good starter robot vacuum but wouldn’t buy again and wish it lasted longer than just a couple months. Battery life lasted fine for my 1100 sq foot upper floor. Did get trapped a lot and stuck on wires, so not the best obstacle avoidance but still better than vacuuming entire house everyday. I did feel like my floors felt cleaner when it was functioning. Too loud to run comfortably in the same room but not awful.

Amazing product, works like a charm
I absolutely loved this product. I didn’t know what to expect when I first bought it but I’m awfully glad I did. We have a relatively small house and there’s a lot of obstacles but it maneuvers around our chairs and furniture so well. We also have a cat so there is always pet hair everywhere and this does an amazing job and picking up all the hair. I’ve been tired of having to constantly broom but this gets the job done. It’s easy and time saving especially as the holidays come up and you need to get everything done. It also have a mop built-in which is a great extra feature.

Solid first time roomba. Awful Support.
It’s a fine vacuum. I bought this as my first step into roombas as it’s so cheap.It does it’s job great, it gets corners really well and mops the floor pretty good too.The problems I have found.1. The lidar Lazer on top will get stuck and stop spinning, I tap it a couple times to get it moving again.2. The support through the app, I put in a ticket through the app for the above problem and they still haven’t gotten back to me.3. You can’t screw in the charging station. The station is just a thing the roomba can push around if it’s not in a decent spot. I’ve tried magnets and stuff but those give mostly meh results.4. It’ll often think the sensors are covered when going over some carpets, this will totally stop the roomba, I just put up virtual walls to have it stop going to these areas.5. The app is meh. It gets the job done, that’s really it.6. As of Aug 5th I’ve tried emailing them directly for a sewage tank issue on it and they still haven’t gotten back to me through the app or email. God awful support so far, this may change if they ever get back to me.The good things.It’s cheap, it works, I mean it really does a great job for 100$, the vacuum is great and rarely leaves anything behind, the mopping is fine, I think if I had actual cleaning solutions it would do better, but I mean with just water it definitely cleans the floor.It avoids obstacles and animals pretty well. I’d still watch around small animals though.Also I’d say buy some tweezers, hair gets tangled around the sides of the main brush and is kind of hard to get out by hand.I’d say try it out for 100$ as a first time roomba, I plan on buying one with an actual dock once this one dies.I may edit this in the future. Great sweeping but not mopping.
I’ve changed my review from 4 stars to 2 stars. The mopping function stopped working (this is what I bought it for, I already have a Eufy robot vaccuum for 5 years and never had trouble with it). It kept telling me the sewage tank is full even though it is empty. I tried everything to fix it but could not.

CANNOT CONNECT TO THE NETWORK.
I have been trying since yesterday to get it connected to the WiFi. Half of the booklet they send you is literally 100 different directions to get it connected to WiFi, literally they have 2 apps to download and try to connect and it still will not even connect. I cannot even see it on my network even trying to connect. I am convinced now that it’s not even giving a signal to connect to. You can try either auto connect or manually connect. The auto connect on both apps never recognize the device so you cannot connect. In manual mode they have 3 different ways to try to connect and all 3 on both apps do not work. In “AP Mode” they want to to connect to a hotspot, I’m assuming that is the vaccums address. Thing is on both apps the hotspot never appears to try to connect to, and once you return to the app you have to start the process over again. It should be as ez as scan, put in password, connect, done…. This trash will be going back!!
