Very neat addition to the home theater!
I’m not too picky when it comes to this stuff; if I want 4K, I’ll watch it on TV with the proper equipment, and I won’t expect crystal-clear clarity from any kind of projector. That said, even with low expectations, this was surprisingly easy to use, and very clear! All of these come from the opinions of a total amateur, so I imagine I’m a more relatable customer than some home theater expert… and even I could set this up with no problems.Sometimes you just want to project Gwar on your kitchen ceiling. Sometimes, you want to aim the projector out your window and project Gwar onto the freshly-fallen snow for your neighbors. While this seems to blur out a bit when it’s too close to the surface it’s projecting on, you won’t be using this too closely anyway. This comes pre-loaded with Netflix and YouTube if you want to stream right from the device, but you can also hook up any HD source, so this is pretty much limitless. Video games, art projects, performance art… but don’t go looking at the projection lend, it’s very bright!Small footprint, quiet… overall, very neat!

    Exceeded My Expectations!
I’m honestly impressed with this smart mini projector. Setup was quick and easy thanks to the built-in WiFi and Bluetooth, and it connected seamlessly to my phone and speakers. The picture quality is fantastic for a portable projector. It’s bright, clear, and sharp, with support for 1080P and 4K content that really makes movies and shows pop. It’s compact and lightweight, which makes it perfect for moving between rooms or taking on trips. I’ve used it for movie nights, streaming, and even casual gaming, and it’s performed great every time. The built-in speaker is decent, but pairing it with Bluetooth speakers takes the experience to another level. For the price, this projector delivers way more than I expected. If you’re looking for a portable projector with great features and solid image quality, this is an easy recommendation!

Excellent Projector at a an Excellent Price
Setting up the projector was very easy. It has an android OS with serval software programs preinstalled. The projector also comes with wi-fi and Bluetooth built in. The projector also has a built in speaker but for true surround sound I connect it via Bluetooth to the surround sound system in our family room. With the built in wi-fi I was able to use prime video to watch movies. I am also projecting it on to a 120 inch screen and it provides a clear and bright picture in a dimly lite room. The picture can be easily adjusted to remove key stoning and the overall size can be controlled with the zoom function. The projector is also equipped with a USB and HDMI inputs for connecting video sources.I have projector mounted on a camera tripod as it is equipped with a tripod mounting fitting. This is great projector and really enhances movie nights.

It comes equipped with an Android OS and several preinstalled apps that make a seamless and efficient viewing experience. The WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity along with 4K make this small but mighty projector a must have! The picture quality is incredible and is great in a very dim lit room. The sound quality can be improved by connecting a Bluetooth speaker for the ultimate viewing experience. Overall, I am very happy that I picked up this projector and it can give myself and my family great movie nights for the year!

    Great value projector
This projector is much better than I expected for the price. Setup was quick thanks to the auto focus and auto keystone, and the picture looks sharp in 1080p. It supports 4K input, and everything I’ve watched has looked great on a large screen. The built-in apps, WiFi, and Bluetooth make streaming and connecting speakers easy. Brightness is good for a dim room, and while the speakers are just okay, pairing a Bluetooth speaker solves that easily. Overall, a solid, easy-to-use projector that’s perfect for casual movie nights.

    Arrived in perfect condition
It looks really well-made, and I love its autofocus and screen leveling features. I’ve always wanted to watch movies in bed without buying another TV, so this one is perfect. As a student, it’s definitely worth the cost. I imagine it would work great outdoors too.

I have to say that I am quite impressed with this Smart Mini Projector for several reasons.First off, it is really compact compared to all the projectors I have used over the last few years, but that doesn’t mean it lacks features.Physically, it’s about the size of a 1 litre milk container standing up, so calling it a Mini Projector is true.It is powered by USB-C which means it can and does work with an appropriate USB-C power bank when away from an AC Power Source and is only the second of a dozen projectors that I have tried that supports this, with great success. I used a INUI 27,000 mAh USB-C power bank which has 45W and 100W USB-C PD ports and both provided the required power for the Mini Projector when using an appropriate USB-C to USB-C 65W cable. The projector has 3 viewing modes for power usage that provides an 80in, 60in or 40in screen, and I used the 40in which was perfect for my room setting and I was able to watch 2 full movies of 2 hours each, with still 11% power left in the USB-C power bank.Note: Brightness level, Volume level, and use of a Bluetooth external speaker will use up more power.Obviously using the included USB-C power adapter will enable the full screen size and brightness levels available from the Mini Projector, but to be able to power the Mini Projector from a USB-C power bank will be great for camping trips. The Mini Projector is 7 1/2 inches in length and needs to be placed horizontally to be used, and is designed in 2 sections. The left side is 1 1/4 inches in length and has a small rubber support pad on the bottom and this section never moves. The right side is 6 1/4 inches in length and has a much longer support pad on the bottom, as this section rotates which allows the adjustment of the viewing angle. This is a very useful feature to have instead of having an external swivelling base that would increase the size.Note: There is a standard tripod mount to mount the Mini Projector to a tripod to raise the height off the ground when no furniture is available or for use outside, or simply to mount to a ceiling for permanent installation if desired.- The Mini Projector has an HDMI port which allows a PC, a Tablet a Smartphone or any other device with an HDMI output to be used.- There is also a USB-A input port that allows the connection of a USB thumb-drive, Hard Drive or SSD to view external media which can be Music, Videos, Photos, Documents etc.Note: I used an external USB-C 256GB SSD drive (with a USB-A to USB-C adapter) formatted with NTFS and it worked perfectly.- A 3.5mm phono input jack is available which allows the use of legacy devices such as external speakers and headphones that don’t support Bluetooth.- There is an internal speaker built in on the left side which provides adequate sound, but I prefer using a good external Bluetooth speaker for Bass and Volume.- There are air vents on both sides to provide ventilation when in use to cool the unit- There is a dust cover on the back held with 2 screws, which will probably need to be removed occasionally for cleaning.Android and Applications available. The Mini Projector is based on an enhanced version of Android 13 and has 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage.Note: Upon setting up the Mini Projector I was able to easily update to the latest firmware available. There are tons of Android applications available, but I will be using this mostly for viewing my personal media collection and for Streaming services.Streaming services:All the major ones are either preinstalled or available in the Google Play Store.- Amazon Prime, Apple TV, Crave, Disney+, Kidi, Netflix, Paramount, Plex, YouTube etc.- Spotify, Tidal, Deezer, YouTube Music etc.I configured my Netflix and Crave accounts and both worked fine.Note: For some reason I’m unable to launch YouTube, as it constantly stops and returns to main screen and after uninstalling I keep receiving an error message, so I will need to figure this out or contact support. Maybe the initial update I did caused an issue, just not sure yet how to fix this.Other apps available that I will install and use.- Nord VPN for my VPN service- WPS Office Projector for documents to be used for presentations- File Managers for external media- EShareCast wireless screen casting similar to Airplay and Chrome cast. Works well with my iPhone/iPad in Portrait and Landscape with good sound outputSetup and use:Setting up the Mini Projector is simple and straightforward, and I had it up and running in less than 15 minutes, once language was set and WiFi configured. The Main screen has Netflix, YouTube and Google Play icons along with My apps, Setting, Share and Source icons. Four custom apps can also be set for quick access, without having to select the My apps icon.Configuration:- Manual Keystone can be set from 0 – 10- Place projector at distance from a White wall then set zoom to 100% or adjust accordingly- Online or Local update is available to update the software of the Mini Projector as needed- Make sure to Create or Sign in to your Google accountI found that the remote controller works and responds well, and you don’t have to point directly at the Mini Projector for it to work.Note: You will need to have 2 AAA batteries available, as none are included. All required functions are on the remote to turn on/off, navigate the screens, adjust view and focus etc.A very enjoyable experience that is hard to beat at a price below $100, and actually $89.99 at the time of writing this review. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this to friends and family and to anyone reading this review.

Low prices projectors are always a risk. There is a reason why good projectors still cost so much to this day, even lower resolution ones. This projector has a few amazing things to mention, but picture quality failed to impress me when compared to a projector in the same price range I purchased over a year ago (not a smart projector, so no Netlix/etc. so consider that that projector is roughly 2x the price for the same brand WITH smart features today).Anyways, smart features are great if the picture is great. And in this case it is very dull, colours don’t pop and I’ll be honest that even after reviewing the listing I can’t tell if the native resolution is 720 or 1080, even after use. I’ve included a comparison photo taken from my pixel 7a phone (aka. it tries to make things nicer, and doesn’t really help with brightness comparison) and included it.What you can’t see well in the photo is that the $90 non smart alternative from about 1.5 years ago is significantly brighter and colours sharper by a lot (advertised as 400nits). The projector being reviewed was way dimmer and it was SOOO dull in terms of colour, though my phone made it seem nicer. What I loved was the vertical angle adjustment (so easy, just twist the ring) and the remote. What I didn’t love was the clarity and sound quality. They were terrible. The older projector, I’m glad I pulled it out I’m actually enjoying having it in my new office to watch movies as I work, is significantly brighter and though not quite enough for during the day, great at night. The projector being reviewed never seems bright enough mainly because the colours don’t pop. Don’t get me wrong it still looks bright but faded out.The remote works great though, and the physical form is fantastic.I’ll admit that I’m still hesitant to put this on my network and include streaming credentials. Lately I’ve seen the effects of plugging random electronics in to USB, and my work makes me skeptical of adding wifi devices. I decided the documentation, and all info available failed to convince me this device was not a threat on my network so I tested only the non-smart settings.

Smart Projector with WiFi and Bluetooth, Mini Projector Supports 4K 1080P, Portable Movie Projectors Built-in Apps, Compatible with HDMI/USB/Smartphone/TV Box/Laptop for Bedroom, Gaming, OfficeI’ve spent some time testing this smart mini projector, and overall, I’m impressed with what it delivers for the price, especially after a bit of initial setup.Picture Quality:The image is sharper than I expected from a compact projector. In a dark room, the picture looks great, and even with a bit of ambient light, the quality is still very watchable. Colors hold up well, and the brightness is enough for casual viewing without needing total darkness. The auto‑keystone feature helps keep the image straight even if the projector isn’t perfectly centered, which is convenient for quick setups.Built‑in Apps & Software:YouTube didn’t load at first, but once I signed into Google Play and updated the app, it worked perfectly. Amazon Prime Video worked right away. The interface is simple and easy to navigate, and having the apps built in means you don’t need an extra streaming device unless you want one. Just expect to run a few updates the first time you use it.Bluetooth & Audio:Pairing my Bluetooth speaker was easy. At first, it said “paired” but didn’t play sound immediately — then after a moment, the audio automatically switched over and worked perfectly. Once connected, the sound was clear and synced well with the video. The built‑in speakers are okay for basic use, but a Bluetooth speaker definitely improves the experience.Noise & Heat:The projector does make a bit of fan noise, but it’s not loud enough to be distracting or annoying while watching something. I barely notice it once the movie starts. It also doesn’t heat up much during use, which is a nice surprise for a small projector; it stays cool even after longer sessions.Setup & Mounting:I installed mine on a tripod, and it actually looks spotless and modern that way. The tripod mount makes it easy to position the projector exactly where you want it without stacking books or adjusting furniture.Connectivity:Wi‑Fi connected quickly, and the projector recognized my devices without any issues. It also supports HDMI and USB, so you can plug in a laptop, TV box, or game console if you prefer.Overall Experience:After updating the apps and pairing my speaker, the projector has been running smoothly. For the price, it’s a surprisingly capable little projector. It’s great for bedrooms, movie nights, or casual use, and it performs better than expected, even with some light in the room. Be prepared to spend a few minutes updating apps and adjusting settings during the initial setup. Once everything is configured, it’s a solid and enjoyable projector.

I picked this smart mini projector for testing and for bedroom movie nights, casual gaming, and occasional presentations, and overall it has performed better than I expected for its size and price category.Setup was quick, with built-in WiFi making it easy to connect to streaming apps and wireless screen mirroring. Bluetooth pairing was stable and worked smoothly with external speakers and headphones. For wired connections, the projector supports HDMI and USB, and it recognized my laptop, Fire Stick and TV box right away without needing extra configuration. In terms of picture quality, it’s important to understand that while the projector supports 4K and 1080P input, the native resolution is lower. That said, the internal image processing does a decent job of scaling content, resulting in a clear and watchable image at moderate projection sizes. Colors look balanced, contrast is acceptable, and focus adjustment is easy to dial in. For best results, it performs well in dark or dimly lit rooms.Brightness is typical for a compact LED projector. It’s not designed for daytime viewing or bright office environments, but in a controlled lighting setup, it delivers a comfortable viewing experience. The LED light source also suggests a long lifespan compared to traditional lamp-based projectors, which is a plus for long-term use.Audio from the built-in speakers is adequate for small rooms and casual viewing. The sound is clear enough for dialogue, though it lacks bass and depth. Using Bluetooth speakers significantly improves the experience and is easy to set up.The smart interface is functional and includes built-in apps, reducing the need for extra devices. While menu navigation can occasionally feel a bit slow, playback itself is stable once content is running.Overall, this projector offers a solid mix of smart features, connectivity options, and portable design. It’s a good choice for bedrooms, dorm rooms, casual gaming, or anyone looking for a compact projector with modern functionality without a high price tag.Pros:Compact, lightweight design with easy portabilityBuilt-in WiFi and Bluetooth for wireless streaming and audioSupports HDMI, USB, smartphone, laptop, and TV box connectionsAccepts 4K and 1080P input with decent image scalingLED light source with long lifespanSimple focus adjustment and user-friendly setupGood value for the feature setCons:Native resolution is lower than advertised input supportLimited brightness for well-lit roomsBuilt-in apps and menus can feel slightly slowBuilt-in speakers lack depth for movies and gaming

To start out, for reference, I am not going to compare this directly to a $4,500 projector that I have at home. That would be unfair. The price point is completely different, therefore the expectations are going to be different. However, what I can compare it to is other similarly priced projectors. I have tried and used multiple projectors in this category over the last few years. This one, so far, tops all of them. Why? Let me tell you. I have other small inexpensive portable projectors that are bulky and awkward to use. This one is sleek and small and fits on the corner of a shelf and projects easily onto the wall. What I like about this, even compared to my $800 bedroom projector, is that it has more app capability. The Android operating system means that you can download tons of streaming apps. The projector that I currently use in my bedroom is big, heavy, and bulky. While it fits on my headboard and projects onto the wall very well, I can only get the basic apps on it. Netflix, YouTube, prime video. If I want to stream Disney plus, Apple TV, Paramount plus, etc. I have to add an adapter to plug it directly into my iPad and stream that onto the wall through the projector. This one does not have that problem. I easily went to the app store and downloaded the Paramount Plus app and was watching within minutes. No, the resolution does not compare to my very expensive projectors, but, honestly, it’s really very good. Especially for a starter projector.I truly even did consider replacing my more expensive bedroom projector with this one for all of the reasons I listed above. But, instead, my son talked me into letting him have it in his room.It functions well, looks sleek, and was easy to set up. I did not find an automatic keystone correction unfortunately. It might be there but I wasn’t able to find it in the settings or in the instructions. Thankfully, keystone correction manually is pretty easy and doesn’t take that long. All in all this is a decent little projector that has a lot going for it.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ = I love it and/or it meets or exceeds claims.⭐⭐⭐⭐ = Hey, this is pretty great. Meets claims, but may be slightly lacking in non-critical area.⭐⭐⭐ = Meh. It’s okay but I don’t love it. Someone might like it. Falls short in a more noticeable area or not for everyone.⭐⭐ = Not great. Best to avoid. Very noticeable shortcomings or issues.⭐ = Nope. This is bad. Does not meet claims or is harmful in some way.**All opinions are my own and authentic, and written by me.**
