Not it .
I wanted to love this smart lock, but the fingerprint feature has been a real disappointment. Often the sensor will recognize my finger (it shows the confirmation light) yet the deadbolt won’t actually unlock forcing me to fumble for the keypad or my keys. I tried re enrolling prints, cleaning the sensor, and replacing the batteries, but the problem persists intermittently throughout the day. It’s frustrating and inconvenient, especially when my hands are full or I’m rushing out the door. The keypad works reliably, but the whole point of buying this was quick, secure fingerprint access. I’m returning it unless the manufacturer can release a firmware fix not what I expected for the price.

Can Be Hard But Worth It…
A little hard to get set up and connect BUT after all is said and done, it works great and I love the app with the features for our vacation home. Kids and friends are able to come and go and we just create a new code once a month

Easy install, app setup was quick and easy. Some minor things to know though.
The good:- Easy install- Just need a standard screw driver for everything.- Lock setup was simple. Synced to my phone in seconds. Programming codes, finger prints, and the dongles only took 5 minutes.- Finger print reader has been effective and I haven’t had to play the “move your finger just right so it will scan” game yet- App works great. Tells me when and how the door was unlocked.The things to be aware of:- It has an auto lock after x amount of time feature. It does not know if the door is open or shut when this happens. If you unlock the door and leave it open, the lock mechanism will still “lock the door”. Meaning the dead bolt will be sticking out while the door is open. You can really damage your door frame and wall if you try and shut it without realizing it. Not taking any stars away as it would take more hardware to implement this but good to know if you have kids that will just push the door closed. You can always disable this feature too.- The lock can be turned left or right to lock (so it can be installed on either side of a door). It has an auto detect feature that is supposed to figure out out the correct way to turn so it can lock. It didn’t work for me and wanted to turn the opposite direction. Took 30 seconds to change it in the app so not a big deal but if you didn’t realize that was happening you could think it was just broken.- The instructions are very weirdly laid out on the paper. You start in the middle for how it is broken out.
