Great vacuum.
This is a great robot vacuum. I already had the app because of some smart plugs I previously purchased so it was little setup required for me. I have the vacuum set on a schedule and it works each time. I would suggest picking up/removing any lightweight rugs, long curtains, etc. from the area prior to use. The trash bin needs to be emptied for me every 2 – 3 days, but that would depend on the amount of debris collected. I would purchase again – it has cut down on my sweeping significantly.

Not as advertised, won’t get refund until they receive the item (if you return it)
I’ve bought products on Amazon for almost two decades and I’ve never felt the need to leave a review till now. This does not do what it advertises at all. It can’t get back to the charging station ever, the suction is okay, the brushes fling stuff away as much as they grab stuff. There are practically zero instructions. The few it comes with barely explain anything. And to top it all off, the “mopping” feature is an absolute joke. No cleaner, just water, and it slowly seeps into a little towel that it barely drags on the floor, leaving water streaks but not cleaning anything. Now I’m trying to return it and I won’t receive my refund until they receive the item. This was one of the worst Christmas gifts I ever got and now it’s just a huge headache. This MIGHT work well in a small apartment with barely any furniture, maybe. In my house it couldn’t even do one room well.

Better than my name brand one
I was gifted a well known name brand robot vacuum and I think this vacuum performs better and has more features at a better price. With my time getting more stretched I needed another vacuum to assign to a different area of the house to help me with daily cleans. I schedule it to run daily on a vacuum cycle when we’re out of the house and it almost magically and invisibly keeps the pet fur and crumb situation under control without me having to lift a finger. The low height allows it go under several pieces of furniture like my sofa that my older vacuum couldn’t access. It has a sensor to make sure it doesn’t go down the stairs which is important as I have basement stairs to worry about. Occasionally I need touch up jobs in places like the kitchen and the app has different programs I can run like spot clean where it will twirl around get a small area tidy again. There are other programs as well where it will zig-zag a space to not miss a spot, an edge clean and the standard random clean. I don’t use the mop often but it is nice to have. Overall, I think it works great. It has good suction and battery life and does a thorough clean.

Worth it!
I’m actually surprised for the price. I saw a lot of good reviews on the 2000p which is the suction size I ended up ordering. First day I got it I tried it out with just water in the tank and the floors felt really clean. I will say that until I explored the app the water felt like it was leaking so I recommend going to the mop setting and closing it. It did pick up a good amount of dust and dirt in just the short time I ran it (40min) it was able to navigate between the living room and kitchen without issues with the raised floor transitions. It was fairly easy to set up and it even finds the charger by itself which is cool. I will say with it being simple to turn on and off with the buttons on top, keep it away from little ones and pets – my 6mo old son was able to turn it on. My only complaint is that it’s not the best on carpet which doesn’t matter to be bc I just bought it for my main living spaces which have ceramic tile/grout as well as a textured wood. Over all great option!

Great maintenance vacuum.
Only been using for a day but so far I really love it. Has done a decent job and seems like it will do a great job managing maintenence vacuuming in-between my weekly deep cleans.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem SereneLife Saugroboter! Er saugt zuverlässig und leistet auch beim Wischen gute Arbeit. Besonders praktisch finde ich die App-Steuerung und den Pet-Mode – ideal für Haushalte mit Tierhaaren. Die Handhabung ist einfach, und die Akkulaufzeit reicht für meine ganze Wohnung aus. Klare Kaufempfehlung!

I was a bit sceptical as to how good this would be as it was very cheap. But I have been very impressed by it. Not being very tech minded, I was also worried about having to set it up with an app but it was very simple. I have it set to clean at 4 pm every day. It also has a very handy remote controI, so I can set him off cleaning any time and also send him back “home”. It is surprising how much it picks up. I have 2 cats and a dog and it picks up a lot of their hair that I hadn’t even noticed was on the floor.. The dog wasn’t very impressed with it on day one, but now ignores it, except when it cleans under his bed! I have to confess that I have given it a name – Robbie. Occasionally Robbie gets stuck at which point he will beep. I find myself calling out to tell him I am on my way to help! If he is a long way from the charging dock when he needs to recharge, it can take him a while to find his way back and, I have to admit, I feel sorry for him and tend to assist him on his way. I haven’t got round to using the mop yet but I’m sure it will be fine. I am very much enjoying my little robot vac, not least for the entertainment value. He won’t replace the big vacuum cleaner but he does keep the floors clean in between my weekly clean. I highly recommend this product.

Excellent cadeau pour ma grand-mère !Ce petit aspirateur est idéal pour une personne à qui il est difficile de faire le ménage tous les jours. Il lui évite de passer la serpillière et de balayer quotidiennement. Il nettoie rapidement, soigneusement et sans laisser de traces. J’apprécie aussi qu’il soit contrôlable depuis le smartphone — très pratique ! En plus, il ne fait pas beaucoup de bruit. Je recommande vivement.
