Disappointed
Very disappointed! I have had it less than one week and keep getting an error message to check main brush. It was not obstructed with anything but I cleaned it off anyway. No matter what I’ve tried it will not clear the message and will not work.

No mop capabilities.
I took a chance on this because it had good reviews but it’s not nearly as good as the Shark. First, it’s not a mop. It only has vacuum capabilities. Also, it cannot traverse any hardwood to rug areas. It gets stuck easily on rugs. It might be fine if you have no rugs in your home and only have hardwood floors.

What a joke. It refuses to go on carpeting. Stalls every time. Will NOT move and voice says move to flat surface. It’s a short weave carpet. So danged disgusting.

Well, it worked for about an hour then the LiDAR stopped working. I’ve tried everything, other than taking it apart, to get it to work.I’m really disappointed because it has great reviews from other owners.

I am having nightmares that it is vacuumingI’m sleeping.
I am disappointed and do not trust this brand anymore. Very difficult to program when it starts vacuuming it goes to light suction even though you confirmed heavy suction the edge cleaning is really bad. In fact, it hardly picks up lint or dust. I have wooden floors on strong suction. It still doesn’t pick up dust. It turns on by itself when unexpected. It mangled several things when I was in the shower. I had no idea it turned on by itself. Sometimes I move furniture so it can get to places It didn’t get before, but it still doesn’t go there. The battery life seems to be low. Lucky if I can get two rooms clean at a time.
