Great Budget Camera
I was choosing between a few different cameras and after trying them all for a couple hours, at different times of day, I decided to go with this one. It’s really simple to use, just plug it in and your computer should recognize it. If you have any issues you can go to your camera settings and find the device, there you can toggle it on and off and adjust some settings (for Windows). The video quality seems good on both my end and the people I am video calling with. I have also had pretty positive feedback on the built in microphone so, if you don’t have a headset with a mic, this one works pretty good. The camera has a pretty wide field of view which can be both a positive or a negative depending on your needs. Personally I prefer a slightly smaller field of view so that the room behind me isn’t being show so much, you can zoom the camera in the settings but it’s not quite the same as narrowing the field of view. My only other minor complaint is with the privacy cover over the camera. It works fine but I would prefer one that slides over the camera instead of flips up/ down. I can already notice the little flip getting looser since I purchased it so my concern is it not staying open in the future. That being said, I’ve had no issues with it so far and definitely recommend the camera.
