Super Convenient and Works Great!

UPDATED would give zero stars
UPDATE:It has been less than two months since this was installed and it has become increasingly frustrating. It randomly won’t auto-lock anymore. Which 1) defeats the whole purpose and 2) is worse than never having installed the lock since now I may expect that it’s locked only to find out it’s not and 3) about 80% of the time it will only lock if I open the app, connect (have to stand right next to it) and then manually slide the screen to lock on the app. The battery level shows high. Checked for updates and troubleshooting to no avail.Very dissatisfied with this product.Pros: easily keep areas of home secured.No need to remember a key or code.Nice design. Easy app usage. Easily set up fingerprints or access codes. Easy install. Good price point compared to similar brands.Cons: fingerprint recognition. Bulky knob on non-locking side (you may hit your hand on the doorframe/wall depending on your situation).Overall, I’m happy with this purchase and it’s serving its intended purpose. However, it is critical to create multiple fingerprint profiles on the app if you want to save your sanity by increasing the odds of it unlocking with your fingerprint. Don’t expect it to be seamless like your name brand smart devices; it’s an inexpensive door knob so it’s a small sacrifice to make it function smoothly.

This lock completely exceeded my expectations. Installation was quick and straightforward, and it immediately made the door feel more modern and secure.The fingerprint reader is fast and convenient, and having multiple access options is a big plus. I like that I can use the app, a code, or the key depending on the situation. Auto-lock works well and gives peace of mind if you forget to lock the door.It’s perfect for a bedroom or home office where you want easy access without carrying keys around. this is an amazing innovation and i love it. this has a matte black finish and a stylish look. this is more like a 4 in 1 keyless entry and works with fingerprint, app, code and key. the handle work wells and i usually prefer using the fingerprint. this can be placed on any doors with ease. the installation was also easy and the instructions were clear. it works on batteries and u would need them. the feel of it is also luxury, doesnt feel cheap. and i hope this lasts me long years. the application was also easy and user friendly

Door knob constantly powers off. Or unlocks its self. Has top brand batteries. Annoyed and not worth it. Can’t return cause I don’t have the original packaging. Don’t waste your time or money.**EDIT**Changed from 1 star to 4. The customer service alone made me change this. They reached out for a refund or replacement. I opted for a replacement as I really needed this lock to work out. So far the replacement is working and working well. They were so kind and helpful in their customer service.**Another edit**These are absolutely not worth it at all. I have three of these and they are duds. They won’t open unless you use the key. If I could get my money back I would. Save yourself the time and headache and skip these. While the customer service is great, the product is just not it.
