Great Door Lock – Perfect for warehouses that need to track who opens the door
I installed the CAMCAMP WiFi Video Smart Lock hoping for a reliable all-in-one solution for security, video monitoring, and keyless entry. The concept is great, and the design looks modern, but the actual performance falls short in a few important areas.The video quality is decent during the day, but night vision is inconsistent and sometimes grainy. The motion detection can also be hit-or-miss, with delays in notifications that make it hard to rely on for real-time alerts. The app interface works, but it feels a bit slow and occasionally disconnects, which defeats the purpose of a smart lock. Battery life is also shorter than expected, even with moderate use.On the positive side, installation was simple, and the keypad works reliably for keyless entry. The lock itself feels sturdy and secure. If the software were more stable and the camera performance tighter, it would be an excellent product. As it stands now, it’s usable but not as dependable as I hoped.If you want a basic smart lock with a built-in camera and don’t mind some connectivity quirks, this might work for you. But if you need something rock-solid for security, I’d look at other options.

Easy to install smart door lock
I’m really happy with this smart door lock Installation was straightforward and it looks very modern and clean on the door keypad is responsive the fingerprint reader works well and having the camera adds an extra layer of security. I like that it offers multiple ways to unlock the door which is very convenient for daily use Overall, it feels sturdy reliable and is a great upgrade from a traditional lock

Happy with my new lock with camera
I was looking to replace my traditional door lock with a good and reliable one. I got a fully loaded lock, so now I have a good quality lock with multiple digital and traditional (key) options, plus the camera and connected to wifi. Basically I have a lock with a security system.The lock works well, didn’t have any issues since installed. I spent maybe less than 20 minutes to install it, I just had to read the instructions. The connection to the router is no problem, easy to use all the features, just had to setup everything the first day. My door had multiple holes but I managed to fit the lock in the right place. Very good product, I highly recommend.

Network wifi connection didn’t work for me.
I bout and followed step by step instructions, it didn’t connect to my wifi, then my younger daughter, then my son tried, more than three dozen times, just didn’t connect, I returned it and bought second lock, it didn’t work either, in the mean time I was emailing Camcamp support, all they did is sent same instructions as it came along with the lock. The lock itself is well made with physical keys, the key fob, handle, everything except the palm scan, I wish it was worked for me, so anyone who install this lock successfully please leave some tips, I will give it try again.

Great upgrade for entry door
This smart lock is a great upgrade for my front door, although I will have to move my deadbolt up a few inches to accommodate. I did install it just to test it out before making any permanent changes and what I liked so far – The fingerprint reader is fast, and I really like having multiple ways to unlock including the pin code. The built-in camera and doorbell work well. Installation was surprisingly easier than expected, and the auto-lock feature is very convenient. Overall, it feels solid, looks nice, and well worth the price.

For some time I wanted to buy a smart lock for my front door so I started looking at several options and this was the one I liked the most because it brings different ways to unlock according to your needs, it also comes with an integrated camera which seemed perfect to me since it gives more security to my home because that way I can see who comes to my door, it is of very good quality, it comes with all the intrusions where it tells you step by step how to install it which makes it really easy, I definitely loved it.

Great product!The lock itself is made well. Installation of the lock was fairly easy and only took about 15 minutes.Had a slight issue with connecting the lock to WiFi due to the instructions not being clear.Would recommend this product.
