Tough programming
Nice packaging fast shipping looks great but the instructions are not only a little vague but very hard to follow on seeing your phone up as every phone is a Lil different, getting it programmed not to go off in home mode took 2 days. Not for beginners, you need to be competent on following directions to the letter and even then it is not always what they say it is on outcome, alarm went off a lot trying to figure it out and it is loud.Would recommend for beginner systems

Integrates with other alarm accessories, works great, and easy to use.
This is my second alarm kit like this. The first one was an 8 peice set. I liked it so much that I ordered this 16 peice set. I also had a couple of different window and door sensors I’ve bought separately before these alarm system kits. I learned from my previous kit that I could integrate this with my existing alarms and sensors. Setting this up was easy. It was much like my other devices and kit. This can be used with Tuya or Smartlife, which I’ve been using for years. Previously, we needed the app to control everything. I was the only one with the app. Now, the whole family can control stuff with the base station, remotes, and cards. My mother likes having the controllers to quickly arm or disarm the unit from the couch or bed. Personally, I just use the app most of the time. I have learned that the battery life is not great in things like screens and sirens. I have another siren connected outdoors that stays plugged into a solar panel that had internal batteries. There are multiple ways to arm and disarm. My daughter prefers the keyfob because it’s the quickest and easiest way to disarm the unit when she comes home. There are a couple extra features you can pay for, like SMS messaging, but I just use push notifications from the app, and it works great. Everyone is so impressed with my little alarm system. It’s so cheap compared to actual systems, and the base with the screen is great. It is bright and easy to see day or night. I do live in a single family home, but this would be great in an apartment, hotel, rental property, or anywhere else you want to feel secure with an alarm system. What sets this unit apart from my first one is the sim card option. I use it on wifi, but if the internet ever goes out, so do my alarms. With this kit, you have the option to use a sim card on a 4g network. I haven’t tried that, but it would be great for places without wifi. It would also be great if the wifi goes down for some reason.

Glad I Have This System
This wireless home alarm system from YBJ is a DIY WiFi system that comes with it’s own app and is compatible with Alexa and Google Assistant as well. What really drew my attention was that it requires no monthly subscription service.I received the “YB-108-4GUS-D” model which is a 16-piece kit that comes with (1) alarm host (which has the LCD screen and keypad), (3) PIR motion detectors, (6) window/door sensors, (2) remote controls, (2) RFIDs, (1) alarm siren, and (1) SOS button. These components have their required batteries included as well, which is a plus!Using to secure a small building. I appreciate that an alarm siren is included. Sometimes, there are people that hang near the entrances of the building with prying eyes. Hopefully knowing that an alarm system exists within the building will be enough to deter anyone from making any stupid decisions.Easy setup and install. It works with 2.4 GHz WiFi (does not work with 5G), and supports 2G/3G/4G Sim (which is not included)

Don’t waste your money
This comes with absolutely no instructions and there is nothing online on how to install or set up. It’s a complete waste of money.

Wonderful security system.
I have a smart house, but the one thing I had been lacking was a security system. I had played around with a few cheap ones, but I really wasn’t satisfied with the functionality and some of the sensors. I decided to try this one out. And I have been very satisfied with the quality of the sensors and overall just the functionality of the unit. The smaller one I had, I didn’t really use. Because of the fact that this one has a home base of sorts, I’m more likely to use it. It came with two clickers and 2 R. F. I. D. Tags. One of the nice things about this is you can group multiple alarms together. So if you have an older unit as long as. it’s compatible with Alexa, Then you can hook up two units together. Big fan,

Good security system for an apartment or small house!
This is a good security system for an apartment or small house in my opinion! I have installed many security systems in the past, so this one was similar to the others and pretty decent to get set up. I like that it includes all of the basic sensors, control panel, and key fobs. I also like that it is Alexa compatible, although I have not integrated it with my Alexa devices yet. Overall, the system works well, and I think it is a good basic system for a smaller residence. With that being said it receives the top ranking from me!
