How to unlock the door with the mobile app?
Generally, the door lock is in sleep mode to minimize power consumption.
Please press the “doorbell button”, the door lock will wake up, and the mobile app will remind you to turn on the video and unlock it
Users encounter problems while using the product. How to solve them?
We recommend using branded 1.5V alkaline AA batteries, and we will have dedicated personnel to deal with the product problem. If you are still experiencing a batterie rapid runs out quickly, we will resend you a new door lock.
Why is the connection to the APP unsuccessful?
First, set an administrator password. You can pair the device with the app once Bluetooth and WiFi are enabled on your phone. Note: Only 2.4GHz WiFi networks are supported.

Really was a let down. Was looking forward to using these
I’m not sure if it was just the doors I had which where room doors, not the exterior doors to exit the house, but these did not fit on my doors nonetheless. I ended up buying two of them thinking maybe I should try another door….. that did not work either. It does not say anything about door size, location or what type of door it works on. They seemed pretty cool, wished they worked I really wanted them. Be careful they do not fit on every door. And customer service does not exist.

I suggest checking the “applicable scope” chart before ordering, especially if you’re replacing an old lock. My door had two pre-drilled holes, so I ended up getting a door hole cover plate for about $7 to cover the extra one. No big deal though—it worked out great! The installation was easy, and I’m really happy with how this smart lock looks and works. The fingerprint and keypad options work perfectly every time. It feels solid and makes getting in and out so much easier, and safer! Love that it has a built-in camera—no need to buy a separate door cam!

The product came and is very well packaged and product feels really nice and made well. I think the QR codes for instructions are great. I was really looking forward to this.Probably my mistake but I see pictures of the handle being installed on a left hand and right hand door, but when it arrived I was disappointed to find out it only goes on left hinges front doors opening inwards.Otherwise very well impressed, just missed this one detail in the description.
