it died after 7.months..
this scale is very accurate. after 7 months it started draining batteries after just 1 use. I called conair customer service and they replaced the scale… it has a 10 yr warranty!! I was so surprised at such great customer service!! BUY THIS ONE!!

Best Family or Individual Scale I’ve Found. Easy setup. Calculates BMI Too.
This is my second purchase of this scale. The first one lasted maybe six years, which I believe is good since I used it daily. I bought it at a Bed, Bath and Beyond store at the time. The scale is very accurate. I weighed myself alone and then with me holding a 14-pound bowling ball, and both weights were accurate. It takes a small quarter-sized battery which is simple to install. The scale is easy to clean, and the numbers are clear and easy to read. You can set the scale for a number of individuals in your family. The scale will also calculate your BMI (body mass index). Definitely a great buy.

A Body Analysis Scale that Doesn’t Do Much
I purchased this scale from the Amazon Warehouse and immediately upon unboxing suspected it was not just an “open box” product, but had been already used (the tab for the battery was pulled out).Users//the App: I went to set myself up as a user in the app, but when the scale connected via Bluetooth (which actually worked), the “User 1” slot was already taken (yep, definitely a used return). So, I thought I’d just go ahead and factory reset the scale so all users are cleared… After searching for hours, there are no directions online or in the box on how to reset this particular model of scale (online it says there’s a little hole in the base to press —but there is not on this model). Okay, fine, so my next step was to look up how to just delete a user from the scale. Nope, there are no directions for that either, which made me think: What if you break up with User 2? Or Users 4 and 7 move away? Nope, you’re stuck with the memories and weight readouts of them forever.Functionality: Feeling defeated, I thought I’d just wake it up and try out its core functionality regardless. Well, tapping it didn’t work, hitting it didn’t either—it only wakes up if I step onto the scale and then step off. Finally, onto the nuts and bolts of this scale—Body Analysis and Weight: the weight was accurate, but nothing populated for any body analysis info and it keeps throwing an “Err” on the screen after trying to get a reading. According to the instructions, my feet are “too dry.” Okay, I’ll—uh—moisten them, I guess? Nope—not a shower, not lotion, not wearing slippers for an hour beforehand, nothing worked.Customer Service: So instead of just complaining about all of this, I wanted to reach out to Conair to see if they had a solution. Easy, right? In the actual app for the scale, there is a section on “Help” and “Contact Customer Service.” When I tapped it, nothing happened/opened. When I go to the URL in the instructions that came with the actual scale, it takes me to a non-functioning webpage. I searched for a help page and finally was able to send an email to Conair’s Customer Service. It’s been a week and they never responded.Conclusion: Because of the lack of core functionality, inability to reset/clear the memory of the scale, and the lack of customer support and instruction for this model, the scale has been returned and noted as defective.

Great WW scale
Able to participate in WW remotely instead of going to classes. Pairs with my Android phone. Had knee surgery so definitely didn’t want to go in for classes.

Great features but glitchy battery
I ordered the scale twice this year, first in January and then it was replaced in March because it quit working right. The scale function still barely works now 5 months later, but all the rest of the menus and functions have stopped working. It was a great value. Checking now on the warranty to see if I can replace it again.Update: customer service had me take out the battery and put it back in, and unbelievably it’s working again. Several reviewers noted battery problems and having to replace the battery, so this is an actual issue. Fingers crossed this does the trick, and I wish the battery weren’t so glitchy, but everything works again now and I like the scale and its functionality.

Just what I needed
Love this scale. I have it connected to my weight watchers app with bluetooth. It has different settings for multiple people so my whole family can still use it. It knows who is stepping on the scale somehow and goes to that person’s profile/number.This scale shows weight in either lbs or kgs. It also shows your BMI and a few other things I personally don’t pay attention too much.Great scale and highly recommended.

This scale works well, and was verified accurate in both pounds and kilograms. Includes a bright and very legible backlit LCD screen. Nice aesthetics with the carbon-fibre treatment. Body mass index is a nice bonus; it can handle up to 4 different programmed heights to calculate BMI.I note that other reviews report inconsistent results. Depending on your habits, diet, when you measure, etc., measurements can vary by 1–2 lbs. I tested my scale by comparing it to another scale, and measuring my weight multiple times in a row, receiving consistent measurements.

La bascula es muy buena, precisa y ofrece una gran cantidad de mediciones para mantener control de tu peso.Mi única queja es que cuando tomas las mediciones completas tienes un tiempo muy corto para ver tu peso.Después de mostrar el peso muestra un carrusel de otras medidas, lo hace 2 veces pero no vuelve a aparecer el peso, si llevas un control escrito de tus medidas debes tomar nota rápidamente.

The unit works, but every time I want to use the scale, I have to hit the glass. I don’t know which is correct, but I have my body mass measurements taken by a BM scale at the weight loss clinic run by MDs and the readings are not the same. The WW 701Y reads much higher higher. That being the case, I am only getting relative results, which means, to me, that the the WW107 is not an accurate instrument. I will likely return it.
