I’ve been using the Vosker VKX Solar Powered 4G LTE Outdoor Cellular Security Camera for a few days now, and I’m really impressed with it. The camera quality is clear and reliable day or night. Setup was quick and easy right out of the box, and the app makes it simple to view and manage everything from my phone. The solar power feature keeps it running without having to worry about changing batteries, and the signal strength has been solid even in the rural area I live in. Overall, it’s been a great addition for keeping an eye on my property, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a dependable outdoor security camera.

Nightmare purchase!!
Ordered 4 cameras. 2 cameras would not connect to their (Vosker) network out of the box, another failed 2 weeks later with same issue. They did replace the 3 cameras for free and replacements so far are functioning. After the first month of service the CC saved on their site to pay the required monthly service failed and all the cameras then ceased to function. Same CC that was successful on the initial purchase of service. CC and CC company were not the problem, verified with VISA. VISA assured me it was on their (Voskers) end. There was no notification that the payment had failed. They tried twice to charge that saved card over a weekend before ultimately cancelling service on that following Monday. No noticfication the service was cancelled. Was on chat with them for 3 hrs on that Monday. Eventually they turned two of the cameras on for free for one month, however I needed them all to function since they had become necessary for security. They would not turn the other two on even for just 2 days while they resolved their issue. Asked in the end to return them and they stated they were past the 30 day return window and I could not. Solar claim is misleading, the solar panel slows battery drain, it doesn’t power the camera independently. Vosker is a Canadian company but I can assure you that you are not talking with Canadians when speaking with customer support. I now have to live with this purchase / nightmare. Would not recommend them at all!!EDIT: after 48 hrs I tried again to turn on the 2 cameras and saved CC miraculously worked. So they fixed whatever their issue was. Can’t wait to see what happens next month!ANOTHER EDIT: Well the 4th camera has now malfuctioned, no surprise. Attached pic, the image with the red triangle with the exclamation mark. Same as the third camera we had to replace. No motion detection. No on demand photos. Stuck on ‘processing’. Have to again pull the camera off of the utility pole where it is currently installed because vosker can’t troubleshoot it if its not sitting in front of me?? No idea why that is. SO HERE WE GO AGAIN!! Can not stress enough how poor these cameras and the vosker customer service is. ZERO STARS! AVOID! AVOID!

The Vosker VKX is hands down one of the best off-grid security cameras I’ve used. What sets it apart is its ability to run completely independently, no Wi-Fi, no power outlet required. The built-in solar panel and large rechargeable battery mean once it’s mounted, you can essentially “set it and forget it.”Setup was surprisingly easy. Within minutes I had the camera mounted and sending motion alerts straight to my phone. The app is user-friendly and lets me see photos almost instantly after movement is detected. Daytime image quality is sharp, with true 1080p clarity, and the wide-angle lens captures a broad view, perfect for monitoring job sites, farm entrances, or remote cabins.One of my favorite features is the customizable detection settings. You can fine-tune motion sensitivity, schedule alerts, or even “snooze” notifications temporarily if you’re onsite. The deterrent light is also a great addition for scaring off unwanted visitors at night.While the VKX doesn’t offer live streaming, the clips it captures are more than enough for my needs. The peace of mind of knowing I’ll get an immediate alert with proof when something moves on my property is worth it.If you need reliable surveillance in a place where power and Wi-Fi don’t exist, the Vosker VKX is a game changer. The Vosker VKX is a compact security camera that gives me the confidence that my property and belongings are safe and secure! With the solar panel built into this camera, the battery power is worry-free, and best of all, entirely wireless! The primary reason I bought this camera was to have a true wireless security option for when we’re on the road, traveling from fishing tournament to fishing tournament, needing to keep an eye on the truck, boat, and all the gear that keeps us doing what we love to do. With our tournament season about wrapped up, this camera doubles as a home security device. The Vosker app makes set up quick and easy, and is extremely easy to navigate and get comfortable using. The AI built into the Vosker app does a great job helping identify people and vehicles, making it easy to sort through the pictures and videos. The notifications are sent instantly, so I know immediately when there is something, or someone, posing a threat. The motion detection is sensitive, but is adjustable for your use and situation. The night vision photos are bright and clear, easy to make out what’s in the photo. Day time photos are crisp and clear, even without downloading the true HD photo for extra detail.From the camera set up, to the navigation of the app, to the flexibility and mobility of a truly wireless security camera, to the quality of the photos and videos, the VKX is a top-of-the-line security camera that provides piece of mind that you can’t put a price on!
