Bluetooth pairing instructions:
1. Press the “Auto Pairing” button on your device.
2. When the TV screen displays “Start Pairing”, press and hold the button.
Press your “Back” and “Home” buttons
until the LED on the remote control starts blinking.
Infrared download steps:
1. Press and hold the Left+Mute button for 3 seconds to enter the download mode.
2. Press and hold the power button to enter the auto search download. When the TV responds (power off or power
on), immediately release the button and press Power to check if the TV is responding.
A. If the TV can be turned on and off, press something other than the power/power button to exit download mode.
B.If the TV cannot be turned on and off, press the Power button to look backward or forward. Each time you press the Power button, the infrared light moves forward and checks to see if the TV is responding. Until the TV responds; press a key other than the Power/Power key to exit download mode.
3. After downloading the power key, the source key is also downloaded to the same IR protocol at the same time, so there is no need to re-download.
Download. Note: Some TVSs do not have the source function, and the TVS will not respond at this time.
Press and hold the OK and HOME keys to restore the default state.

Replacement remote for my original Chromecast remote that came with the Chromecast.
I noticed when I got the new remote in my hand that it feels like the same material build as the original remote.I had a problem with the original remote that came with the Chromecast device over time as the first button that went was the mute button then after that a few months later both the volume up and down buttons stopped responding to the Chromecast, so I decided that it was time to get this replacement remote.Set up was flawless without any problems, and when I got the replacement remote control connected to the Chromecast, everything works fine as every button is responding to Chromecast.Durability of the remote is the same as the original remote control and I’m hoping that this one lasts as long or longer then the original remote control that came with the Chromecast.I’m very happy that the cost of the remote control wasn’t an arm and leg, as under $10 is a great price for the item.If you’re in need to switch your G9N9N (2020) Chromecast remote control, I would say don’t shy away from this one and get it as I’m very pleased with my purchase of this item.

Once upon a time a guy when to a great day to work and when it returned, the control (original one) went to trip with the bed sheets to the washer, so the guy had to look for a solution: bought this one and the material is 90% the same, you feel a little difference when compared side by side to the original but at the end works as the original, is recognized with the google device

Doesn’t Function as Advertised
Remote Functions as a remote for the Google Chromecast, with it performing almost all the tasks stated within the advertising bulletpoints. It, However, neglects to point out the fact that the power button DOESN’T turn off the TV. The power button function turns off the REMOTE. This makes it basically useless unless you plan on having your TV on 24/7. If you’re planning on using it for it’s functions as a TV remote, I would suggest finding a different alternative, like I have to.

Purchased this remote in July. It felt cheap but synced and worked… until Oct. Completely stopped working after 3 months, new batteries, etc.
