Excruciatingly slow!!!
This USB 3.2 drive takes approximately 6 times as long to do a backup as my Sandisk USB 3.0 and USB 3.1 drives… My USB 3.0 or 3.1 drives complete the backup in about 3 minutes or so — and this Verbatim USB 3.2 drive averages 18 minutes!!! Write speeds fluctuated between 1-10 MB/sec — insane!!!!I don’t know if my drive was defective or not — but in any case, this purchase was a waste of money and the drive went directly into the garbage….

They ran out in stock when I got the first one and tested… would have gotten few more.There are no usb’s with actual advertised 3,0-3,1 speed for similar price tags…Compared to other brands this one have been best on speed…and feels very reliable.Verbatim stuff have passed our household lot of times and haven’t disappointed yet… Don’t expect miracles…it’s just a fairly decent drive that feels very steady and stable…
