Saved my a$$
Great product for the price point. App is easy to use. Video quality is honestly pretty good. Super easy to install (wish it had the option of a hard wire kit). Install took about 15 mins. App UI was straight forward.Now to the saved my a$$ part. My son and I were driving home after doing some errands and a motorcycle lost control and slide right under my son’s truck. Motorcycle driver was fine as were we. I was worried I would have to fight it out with the motorcycle driver’s insurance company to prove fault. Sent the insurance companies (mine and his insurance company) the video….case closed within 2 hrs. I hope you never need to use it, but it is great to have if you do need it.

Great product… Fair price… Nice imagery and audio
This is a great product. It showed up right when the seller said it would, it was plug and play, and works with any computer I’ve plugged it into. Image quality is right up there with any other webcam I’ve used and the microphone has a great tonality.Overall, I would highly recommend this product for the price.

Indicator light is poor
Good quality! I just wish it was more obvious when the camera / mic was on. The indicator light is tiny and not very clear at all.

UGREEN has never let me down. Seriously those Chinese Bas**rds do this thing well. The WebCam is professional for work or Streaming. If you don’t know whether or not to get this 1440p (2k) model or the 1080p, Go with this one. The 2k is future proof for now, and 4k is slightly unnecessary if you don’t have everything needed for 4k. This 2k cam is valued well and works with even iPhone with an adapter (USB-C)

Best upgrade to my workstation.
I needed a camera for my gaming pc and this is the one to get, I can use it for meetings as it has a built in mic and I am also connecting my work laptop in order to free up space by using a under desk mount. The price is so low you would think quality is bad, but all my coworkers keep asking me how the resolution looks so good on my teams meetings. The installation over my 34 inch monitor is really easy and I don’t need any extra software to use ot on my work pc.

I bought this as a cheap cam for work Teams meetings so I could move my laptop to the side, but out of the box the lighting quality is terrible and there are so those black horizontal scan lines that go up the screen. I nearly returned it, but then I thought to try a Logitech app called Logi Tune since I remembered it supports other devices. Luckily, I was able to turn on low light compensation and NTSC 60hz antiflicker which resolved that problem. With that resolved, this is a perfectly reasonable quality camera for the cost.Definitely wasn’t a faulty unit as I bought two and both did it, so it was either a Mac OS issue or something with the LED lights in my room. Regardless, check out that app.

Worked Perfectly – RIGHT Out of the Box
I do really like that this was literally Plug & Play, out of the box. It showed right up in Teams right after plugging this into my dock… then was a little finicky, so I did have to restart the computer and then it showed up again and no problems since. I plugged this into my dock, as I use the dock for a work computer & my personal computer and neither have had any issue recognizing the camera since installation. It has great resolution and there are basic & some ‘advanced’ settings, if you decide that the basic configuration doesn’t suit your needs! The only thing that kept me from giving this 5 stars is that the lens cover is NOT well designed and 4 times out of 5, when I try to lift the cover, the whole thing falls off, then the angle of the camera gets messed up and it’s a bit frustrating! This is because the part of the camera that allows it to sit on the monitor doesn’t really provide a good way to grip the monitor, so it’s not terribly secure.

Ok cheap but does not even look close to 2k, not even 1080p very noisy image. Perhaps its better in a super well lit room.
