Easy to install and set up
This door lock saved me from being locked out when I left my keys and phone behind. At first, I was skeptical about the fingerprint recognition, but it works. It also works with a Bluetooth app which allows you to set up a passcode, you can use a card or key also to open so no worries if the batteries are dead. I like that I can give each of my grown kids or parents a passcode or remotely unlock the door for them to get in the house. There is a few safety features like a silent alarm if someone tries to unlock after 5 attempts, low battery indicator, one-time passcodes or permanent passcodes. On the app you can also check to see who has been unlocking the lock. This lock was easy to install, is made of aluminum alloy that is weatherproof, can be used on a right- or left-hand door opening and installs in minutes. This door handle can be used for indoor or outdoor applications. What we like is when we forget to take our keys outside when doing yard work, we can get inside without the hassle of hiding keys outside. This lock is made to last its solid and works as it should. It reads our fingerprints on the first attempt without needing multiple tries. Saves money no need for a locksmith if your keys are missing. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Install was easy, a few small notes to help install.
I have only had the locks installed for two weeks, but my review to this point is as follows:Installation was easy, with exception to the wire. I found it to be long for the application and coiling it inside the door hole without getting in the way of the fastening screws was tedious. Having said that, I installed two on our business and was up and running in 30 minutes.For programming, it is a little confusing to go back on the menu. I didn’t understand it for a few tries that it had accepted my entries and I needed to hit the star key to back out completely from the menu settings. Probably just an oversight in my quick read of the directions.They function well, have quick response times, and allow the volume to be adjusted to be quieter. The app is also easy to use and set up.I am pleased so far with my purchases and will update if the need arises.

Great door lock
The door lock works great. Simple installation. Instructions were easy enough to read. Offers numerous ways of unlocking or managing the door lock. There is an app you can download to unlock the door or see the activity on the door. The activity is helpful, especially if used for a home office or rooms off limits to the kids.

Well designed
Received with 1 FOB only instead of 2 as described , easy to install about 7mins, Bluetooth works great with remote, well designed but i will give 4* because sent me a short FOB, I decided to keep not return for 1 FOB with the lock and everything is working good. I’m happy with this purchase for replacement the previous lock i bought with issued wifi signal.

False Advertising!
I already have six door locks in my home that use a PIN code with 4 digits to open the lock. All of my family members have their own 4 digit PIN code to enter if we are not home. So when I needed a new door lock, I searched hard to find a lock that would work with a 4 digit code. One of the advertisement photos shows the anti-peep feature and it shows a 4 digit code right in the advertisement. So I ordered this lock. When I received my package, I was happy to see that it supports a PIN code ranging 4 – 9 digits was printed right on the box! HOWEVER, after completing the installation; on page 21 of the manual it states “Enter a 6 – 12 digit PIN code!!!!! This is false advertising and completely unacceptable. I can not recommend this product.
