Yes, it does! If you plan to use this device with EcoFlow or another renewable energy solution, please contact the PV product/service provider directly for compatibility details and requests.

Shelly EM Gen3 displays inaccurate measurements. What should I do?

To ensure smooth operation, always rely on the official wiring diagrams and make sure CTs are attached to live (phase) only – the same from which the device was powered on. More wiring examples could also be found at community.shelly.cloud

Shelly EM Gen3 heats? Should I be concerned?

The device is designed for safe operation: with a maximum ambient temperature of 40 °C, and built-in overheating protection that activates at 95 °C. To avoid heating, make sure the device is properly wired.

My Shelly EM Gen3 disconnects frequently. What should I do?

Set a static IP out of the DHCP range and pay attention on the RSSI signal. Make sure that you do not have smart features enabled on your router and you are using the best wifi channel suitable for you. Contact the support for further troubleshooting

Authentication error – what should I do?

The device comes with no restrictions when it comes to authentication. It can be added additionally, using the SHA-256 algorithm.
