This remote has volume AND MUTE button. I wanted a way to MUTE commercials and this does trick. It also turns the TV on/off. Easy set up. Power up the Roku Player and pull the strip on the remote to activate the two AAA batteries and the remote self pairs with the Roku Player.

Great replacement
This remote works perfectly and was exactly what we needed. It paired quickly, all buttons function like the original, and the response time is great — no lag at all. fast pairing, not too glitchy
This remote paired with my four year old Roku TV quickly and easily. Just turn it on with your other remote (hmm let’s hope you have another working remote) and it pairs automatically.The one glitch I found with the voice control is that on the PBS app, it gets confused and thinks when I’m hitting mute, even on a different app, it wants to go back to the last PBS voice command. I rebooted the TV to clear it. Who knows, maybe the fault is PBS. They’re not too technologically hip. I probably won’t even use the voice search much anyway.

Great replacement only down fall was the buttons would jam sometimes and it don’t come in the original packaging felt used already but apart from that it’s ok I think the price is a little steep if it’s not actually new.
