Strong Vacuum Performance, Weak Mop Function
The Roborock Q7 L5 delivers strong vacuum performance. The suction is powerful and picks up pet hair, dust, and debris with ease. Floors look clean after each run, and the dual anti‑tangle system helps keep the brush clear even in homes with heavy shedding.Navigation is smooth and efficient. It moves around furniture accurately, avoids obstacles well, and returns to the dock reliably when it needs to recharge.The mopping feature is quiet, which is a nice benefit. It operates with very low noise, but the cleaning action is minimal. The mop pad mostly drags behind the unit and offers only a light wipe, so it doesn’t replace a real mop.The vacuum itself is louder, which is expected from a machine with strong suction. Worth Every Penny
This has been one of the best purchases I’ve made in a long time. I have three dogs and one cat, plus a mix of carpet and hardwood floors, and this vacuum handles it all amazingly well.I’ve used the vacuum function several times now (haven’t tried the mop yet), and I’m honestly impressed with how powerful and thorough it is. The suction is excellent, it maps the house accurately, transitions easily between carpet and hardwood, and picks up way more pet hair, dust, and debris than I expected — even in high-traffic areas.Setup was quick, the app is easy to use, and it’s been a huge time saver. I didn’t realize how much I would love having this until I had it. Highly recommend!

Great and easy to use vacuum, mop feature okay
This vacuum is great at cleaning our vinyl plank floor on the first level of our home. It sweeps up lots of dust, pet hair, sand, and even wayward legos. The app makes it easy to program which areas to clean, stay out of, and when to clean when we are gone. The mop feature on this is not the greatest. The tank is small, but it was able to mop our large first floor with out going empty. The mop feature is more for quick cleans and not deep cleans.

Great vacuum and app, but poor mop
The vacuum aspect works fantastic. It suctions well, picks up all the hair, dust, dirt and everything visible on the floor. It’s fairly quiet, but definitely noticeable. It saves a ton of time on the vacuuming aspect, especially with a cat and a Great Pyrenees.The app itself is great and easy to use and technology wise it maps really well and you can see where it is in the house currently as well as where it has been. You can also adjust the moping/vacuuming features on the app pretty easily. (See picture) You do have to start it and then do the setting which is a little weird.The reason for the 3/5 stars is the moping. It has this weird habit of moping in either thin lines that don’t touch/overlap or wide lines that do and it makes me question if my floor is actually being moped completely, so I just go over it with a swiffer afterwards and/or sprinkle some water on the ground before it runs it over.So to sum it up Vaccuming 10/10, App function 7/10, moping ability 5/10

Like living in the future
Robot vacuums have come such a long way in the last few years. The first one we had had no mapping feature and you would just have to set it down in a room and kind of hope that it would get everywhere. Using the roborock for the first time was mind-blowing. The mapping feature was so quick and so easy. The best part was when we decided we wanted to relocate our vacuum, we moved it to another room and it was able to recognize where it was without having to remap the entire house. Another favorite feature is auto empty into the base. It’s just so nice to know that my vacuum is always empty and charged and ready to go at the push of a button or just automatically on its routines. Because the app is so user friendly, it really is easy to set any sort of schedule you want or be able to spot clean a room or a zone anytime you want. I still have my quick hand vacuum for little spills that I may want to grab, but otherwise this robo vac keeps my house so clean. It’s such a joy to use and it’s not even that loud. If it’s been a few years since you tried one of these robovacs, I highly recommend this one. If I had any nitpicking issues, I wish that I had a few more options when it came to modifying a map. I would love to be able to add in an area where a piece of furniture used to occupy without having to remap the house. But apart from that small detail, we absolutely love this.

What an incredible gift for us!
This is worth every penny we paid. The price is not that high and but it has great intelligence to map and keep our home clean. The battery lasts for hours and although it won’t clean our 2300 square-foot house in one charge, it gets about 85 to 90% there. So, we just broke the vacuuming cycle up into two days.I was shocked at the quality of the mapping sequence. It performed when we first fired it up. It was incredibly accurate and it made it easy for me to go ahead and set no go zones throughout the house. Then, when it does, the vacuuming, it mows the lawn for lack of a better term and does everything in perfectly straight lines. See the picture below for the mapping of the vacuuming.It does get occasionally caught on things, but what robot vacuum doesn’t? One sock, one piece of dryer sheet, and a loose thread from a carpet. That said, it lets you know to free up the brush and off. It goes again. What I also really loved is that the quality of the build is fantastic and the brush is easy to remove and clean.For anyone looking for a cost-effective Roborock to purchase, go no further. This is the one you want to buy. We are so happy.

I was looking for a robot that can really vacuum and mop well, and thought that is not possible. I had a Neato XV Signature Pro that vacuums well, and thought that could not be surpassed. I was wrong. Roborock S5 Max could do either or both vacuuming and mopping very well. The other features that one can use from the App is wonderful too. Bought a unit for my parents and might buy one for my in-laws. “The Rock” is now our BFF!

Le robot est bien programmé et efficace. Seul petit hic est quand il tourne un coin à 90 deg, il y a une petite partie qui est oubliée par la brosse latérale, un mise à jour du logiciel pourrais facilement corriger la situation. Sinon, très bon produit.
