Great quality
Love the cameras, they work perfect for keeping an eye on my Mom when I cannot be there. Has helped keep my Mom living in the home she loves.Picture quality is great, wide lenses to see the entire room. The camera is small so you do t really notice them in the room. Easy set up So far they have stayed connected to the WiFi so I have access all the time on my phone.

Solid mid-range camera — better than expected for the price
Definitely an improvement over the older model. I’m not sure why there are some negative reviews — with a solid Wi-Fi connection I’ve had no issues. The image quality is clear, and for the cost this feels like a higher-level (though non-professional) camera that’s worth the money and is super simple to install. If you want a dependable, mid-range camera without paying top dollar, this one does the job nicely.

An Awesome Upgrade to Previous Models
Great video clarity day or night in a compact form factor.I am definitely a fan of the newer built in reversible mounting arm for the interior cameras. Where you would have to unscrew and reassemble the base to change from pedestal mount to wall mount on previous models, you are now able to flip the base 90 degrees and make completely tool-less adjustments. Going from wall mount to table mount is a cinch.Lightweight design makes mounting options plentiful. In the event you were mounting with drywall inserts you would never worry about this pulling away from the wall or coming loose.Ring app compatibility is seamless as is expected and motion detection is as sensitive as you need it to be. You can pick up the most minimal movement like a shadow passing by or only a verified person by enabling smart alerts. The included privacy cover is always a welcome addition. In the event you want to stop recording because you are in a room for long periods of time and don’t want to have to unplug or shut off the camera in app, you have that option!

Great Camera!
Just received this Ring camera and because I already had a Ring account, it was so easy to set up. The picture quality is great as is the sound. Much better than using the Nanny Cam I was using. I like being able to view my disabled brother on my phone wherever I am.

Ring Indoor Cam Plus
Easy setup. Connecting it with my other devices went well.Video quality is good for its size; but loses quality when zooming in.Motion detection is fast and good even when night vision is active.Just wish the charging block was L-shaped so as not to stick out so far from the wall outlet.

Great for 24/7 video.
I recently bought this camera as backup for my existing Ring doorbell. While I already own a couple of outdoor Stick-Up Cams for that purpose, lack of available AC power means they all run on batteries and can’t utilize Ring Home Premium’s 24/7 recording (yes, even with solar panels that keep them fully charged). And unfortunately, motion detection just isn’t enough sometimes. In my case, relying on motion detection meant having no footage of a car getting stolen from directly in front of my house, or of the same thief going back and forth to a neighbor’s house after dumping another stolen car nearby. By the time the camera came on, there just wasn’t enough to tie the thief to the crimes. As a result, he still walks among us.I mounted this camera from the top of my living room window frame, facing outward, with audio recording turned completely off. While filming from inside impacts the video clarity, daytime footage is still more than adequate, especially in tandem with the doorbell. Nighttime footage ranges from OK to great depending on a few different factors. And the ability to highlight moments where motion is detected on the 24/7 feed is a huge, HUGE plus.A couple tips for anyone looking to use an indoor camera this way:1) Put the camera as close to the window as possible in order to avoid reflection. A couple third-party manufacturers make window mounts that are ideal for this purpose.2) Turn off night vision altogether, and if possible, keep the camera away from outdoor lights. This will reduce glare and greatly improve nighttime footage quality.3) Clean your windows. This sounds like a no-brainer, but you have no idea how dirty they are until you start filming through them.

Easy setup, works great!
Love it! It was super easy to connect to my ring app on my phone. Picture is great. Audio is great. Con: The privacy “shutter” could be better. It’s kind of flimsy. I’d like to see it upgraded to a twist shutter.
