Easy setup and works smoothly with the rest of my ring cameras. Also works well with my alexa devices to view at any time. Picture quality is great in day time with very wide view. Packages on the ground are visible as well. I do wish this camera was 4k for better clarity to view people’s faces more clearly though. Picks up all sounds around the camera which is great with good distance visually and audibly.

Great quality love it
Picture quality is crystal clear has a nice wide view I love that it is 2.4 or 5GHz so it stays connected to my wireless constantly with no interruptions. Super easy to install, ring can be set to increase sensitivity so it picks up more or decreased if it’s too much. It definitely provides the security needed to protect your house.

Ring Pro Battery doing Its Job
the ring Pro battery doorbell is doing its job. I like the new AI features. The audio Description on notification is great. that is a helpful feature. if you are blind. that feature is only availabe wiht the highest plan. My battery isn’t draining quickly. the two way talk is clear. I connected mine to Alexa. that would be the easiest way. for me to answer the door. I like being able to anser the door from inside. I got it to know. who is walking around the lawn.

Top-of-the-Line Doorbell with Awesome Features and Easy Install!
The Ring Battery Doorbell Pro is hands down the best video doorbell I’ve used. The video quality is crystal clear with its 1536p HD+ resolution, and the head-to-toe view lets me see packages on the ground and visitors from top to bottom—no blind spots at all. The 3D Motion Detection is incredibly accurate and really helps cut down on unnecessary alerts. What really impressed me was that it comes with a wedge mount included, which made installation super easy. I was able to tilt the doorbell just right to get the perfect viewing angle without having to buy any extra mounting hardware. That little detail saved me time and money. The Two-Way Talk with Audio+ is loud and clear, and the battery life has been solid. I paired mine with a solar charger and haven’t had to worry about recharging since. If you’re looking for a powerful, feature-rich doorbell that’s easy to install and doesn’t require existing wiring, this is it. Absolutely worth the investment!

Nice camera, but misses some motion and has doorbell compatibility problems.
This replaced an earlier Ring Doorbell I had. This unit works well, has good coverage of my porch and the ‘radar’ feature seems pretty accurate. Resolution in both day and night is good although I really can only make out things on my immediate porch and not much further.Downsides I’ve seen: This unit was missing motion events on my porch. For example, deliveries being made to my front door where the camera COMPLETELY missed the action. I had to crank up the motion sensitivity and frequency to the max just to get the unit to not miss obvious events.I’ve also had problems with doorbell compatibility. My old Ring doorbell worked well with the diode installed between the terminals. This unit, was supposed to not need that but it doesn’t work reliably with my doorbell at all now.

Great investment
What can I say other than this is a superb investment in home security. We had tried Blink, and after a while, the entire system – indoor and outdoor cameras – failed to recognize our internet. Customer support was no help, so I started looking for replacements. And, as we’ve all heard of Ring, figured I would give it a try. First with the wired indoor camera. Picture was PERFECT. high quality and no issues connecting to the network. Got a second one for the other room and same thing. So, why NOT get the doorbell camera?Install was a breeze, only required drilling a larger hole to get the wiring through, and hook up and connection was outstanding. Actually had to turn the settings DOWN a bit because it picked up every little activity that took place in the range we had it set at.Being able to see, hear, talk, and record safely is a great feeling. And being able to tailor the settings, zone, and sensitivity is not only easy, it’s intuitive.GREAT investment!

I wish I had one of these 10 years ago!
This is a great device for security and convenience. It works well, and I got the associated indoor chime to go with it so I can hear a verbal announcement when someone rings the bell. The videos and still shots are very crisp and clear 15-20 feet to the sides of my front door and in front of it as well. Videos I have set to be taken when motion is detected within the range I set, and they are stored until I delete them (which I do daily unless they have something on them I have to keep).I am somewhat disappointed about the battery life. If I start with a fully charged battery and the Ring app on my phone shows it is 100% charged, I find the battery goes down 1.5-2% each day, depending on the “traffic” that was videotaped. I would guess my average battery life (I change it at about 5-10% battery charge left) is about 7 weeks or 8 if I let it totally drain. I don’t mind, since I have another battery ready to put in. I keep a spare battery fully charged, so it is quick and easy to replace with a fresh battery. Great product when we live in times where people and packages are not nearly as safe as they were years ago.

Great unit. You don’t need to get the display (eg Echo Show 5). The mobile phone is perfectly fine as a display unit. I used the 3M VHB 4910F clear double sided tape to attach it to a glass panel. Although the unit is not recommended to be attached to glass panels, this particular tape from research seems to be able to handle the outside environment. I am in Sydney with hot summers.

The Ring Doorbell is an excellent device. It does 90% of what most people want out of the box – good video, reliable alerts, built-in communication, etc. But that last 10% – the ability to look back, download recordings, get smarter alerts – makes a big difference in real life. And it sucks a little that those capabilities require an ongoing fee.If you’re okay with paying a modest subscription, the Ring becomes far more powerful. If not, it still works well – just with limitations. All up, though, I’d still recommend it if you want modern smart doorbell functionality. Just go in knowing exactly what features are free, and what you’ll need to pay for.

Love this video doorbell. We have it installed on our front gate so we know anytime someone is there. Feel a lot safer with this device, highly recommend.

Easy to install and the images are clear, even at night. We have a lot of petty crime in our area and I feel more secure with this video doorbell. I will add to it (solar-powered video camera) soon to extend the coverage.
