Great features at at reasonable price
Very happy with purchase. This is a replacement for a very old Kwikset keypad/door lock that no longer functioned. Based on the measurements provided in the description, I determined it would fit as a replacement, it did, and I was able to install it myself. At 73 with arthritic hands, the lever handle verses my old round doorknob is a welcome change.What an upgrade! Love the features, especially the ability to unlock wth my thumbprint. I will add that I could not set up the fingerprint reader from the enclosed directions. However, it was very easy to set up from the app. My internet was not recognized automatically, but I was able to enter it manually. The unit works well with Alexa. I also appreciate the notifications on my phone as to when the door is locked or unlocked. Having a physical lock hidden beneath the twistable finger pad is also reassuring in the event the batteries would fail. I have only had this unit 3 weeks, so no idea how long the 8 batteries will last. I will update this if they fail in a short time period.Overall, very pleased with the quality, installation, and especially the features at this price point.

Great Lock
I love this door lock. It was easy to install, opens and locks the door smoothly, and looks great. It was also easy to set up the fingerprint to lock and unlock the door.

Great Smart Lock—Easy to Use and Reliable
I recently had to replace my door locks and decided to give this one a try. It works great! Setup was simple, and using it is even easier. I love that you can choose between entering a code or using your fingerprint for quick access. Super convenient and reliable so far. Would definitely recommend!

Very easy to install and connect to wifi. Looks great on my door. Can enter my home by finger print, code or key. Great feature is door automatically locks after a few seconds. Managing other users is very easy. Activity reports is very useful. App is user friendly.

Great Digital Door Lock
Very easy to install. Connects easily to WiFi. Love that we can use fingerprint access for family. We have code for regular housekeeper. App lets you know when and who unlocks the door and when door is locked. It will also let you lock and unlock from app itself. It even allows temporary codes to be given for short duration visitors.

The lock I have been looking for
This door lock is exactly what I was looking for. It opens using a fingerprint, a code, a key or through the app. It also automatically locks, which was a big part of the reason I bought it. No more keys needed. You can assign individual codes either permanently or temporary.You also get notifications when someone enters the house.The only drawback was the batteries that I first purchased were not compatible with the unit. I was told that Eveready , Kirkland and Duracell do not work. I asked Phillip to send me a list of approved batteries. Instead they sent me a set of batteries.They worked and everything is working perfectly now.

Easy to install and works great
I was a little nervous that this would be hard to install/ set up. It was actually super easy. Love the notifications that come through on my phone when door is opened/closed. Worked just fine the first time my dtr came to the house and used it. I would recommend this product.

Inferior Product
Purchased this product from Amazon last July 11,2025. Product stopped working completely. Attempted to call Philips customer care and was told that they were going to send a replacement. I was told by there rep. to fill out a questionnaire explaining the problem and also provide model and serial no. I was also assured that I will receive a replacement there after. After a few days, I called Philips again to determine when I’m getting the replacement. I was again told that I would receive an email stating so. Few days passed and still no email. I called again, rep. said they will send an email confirming delivery of product. Waited again a few days and no email reply. I am just been given the the run around. Always thought Philips is a good company. Now I am second guessing their attention to their customers. I will never purchase another product from this company.
