1. How many users can view the device at the same time?
A: The owner account can share the device with up to 8 other accounts. Up to 3 users may view the video feed at once, but only 1 user can use the intercom. You can tap on “Share” to share the devices to your families.
2. Do you have to subscribe to watch in real time? Can this camera be used with a sd card without paying for any subscription for cloud?
A: This camera supports real-time viewing but does not support recording to an SD card. The videos will only be stored if you have a Cloud subscription service.
3. Can the doorbell camera connect to 5GHz Wi-Fi networks?
A: No, this doorbell camera only connects to 2.4GHz Wi-Fi. Please ensure when you have both 2.4GHz and 5GHz Wi-Fi network, each with a distinct name for a successful connection.
Troubleshooting network connection issues:
(1) The doorbell camera only works with 2.4GHz Wi-Fi. Please connect it to a 2.4GHz network.
If your network has both 5G or 2.4G please connect it to the 2.4G one.
(2) Double-check that you are entering the correct Wi-Fi name and password.
(3) Verify the distance between the doorbell and the Wi-Fi router; the doorbell should be within 33 feet (10 meters) of the router.
(4) Please enable Bluetooth on your phone, but you don’t need to connect Bluetooth with the device, just ensure the Bluetooth is on.
(5) If you changed your Wi-Fi password, or your camera got disconnected, please reset the Wi-Fi connection with the camera:
Press and hold the doorbell button until the camera was reset, and then add the camera again back to the same App account.

Great doorbell set, efficient, easy to set up & use, & excellent value! I did a lot of research prior to choosing this set. This one comes as a set- it includes the indoor doorbell, many others don’t. It has all the features of the more expensive ones, & they all require some form of a subscription, but this lets you choose what you can afford. Definitely a great buy!

This doorbell camera does not try to sell me cloud storage every five minutes and does not demand a monthly fee just to function. It connects easily to WiFi, the video quality is clear, and the motion alerts work well. Two way audio is loud and clear and night vision is solid. The app is simple and does what it should. It just works, which is exactly what I wanted.

I gave only 4 stars because I just got it and wanted to see how it works. I bought it for my security because I’ve been getting an unwanted guest to my apartment and before I whoop some a$$. I need security first!First off it was an EASY SET UP! The instructions were very clear.There is a subscription fee, I paid $29.99 for a year, which I thought was very reasonable..The camera quality is great during the day but like I mentioned, I just bought it today so I’m excited to see it during the night.The connectivity is great. There’s no lagging as far as I could tell.It allows you to take screenshots, screen record, and two way talk. It also shows the correct date and time stamp. Which is important for me!It’s functioning well although I was skeptical on buying it because of security breaching but like I mentioned, I just bought the camera and I will see how well it works. The last one I bought from “TikTok Shop” was stolen before I could see it myself so I thought Amazon would be the safest route next purchase.I like this Design better anyhow. 🙂↔️

I love this doorbell 📷. The video is clear & the battery charge last a very long time, not to mention that it’s a cost effective solution for those wanting video surveillance to protect their home. It’s easy to set up & a great fit for apartment/condo style living. Overall I give it a 10/10 & would definitely purchase this product again.

Pretty good product if it actually works
Purchased two of these door cameras. One works well, however the other does not. Despite being basically fully charged, it will not stay on once the charger is removed. Works good while being charged. Connects to WiFi and the wireless chime. Sucks because for me to have known that it was not functional, I had to purchase a subscription (only way it’ll work). Keep in mind that each door camera needs its own cloud subscription. I chose the $29.99 yearly subscription for each one. So after ditching out $60 I come to find out that only one of the cameras works as it should. Good news is that the company is sending me another one that I am expected to receive in 2-3 weeks. Bad news is that it’s been pretty difficult getting a refund for one of the subscriptions. I mean why have an active subscription for a product that I will not benefit from for another few weeks.UPDATE: After my curiosity got the best of me, I decided to take it apart. Determined on figuring out why it wasn’t working as it should. There is a battery tab that needs to be removed before use. After removing the tab, it must have separated the two metal pieces that give it charge. I took a pair of tweezers and gently pushed it back into place. Now it works like it should.

Great Security Option
An exceptional value and option to the pricier versions of this product. It seems to be doing a great job of monitoring and providing an extra level of safety. Easy to set up: charge battery, hang on door and feel next level security of mind. Motion detection is good; you can set it high to low. There is the option to sub for playback ($30/yr worth it)
