Very good wireless headset for the office
I was concerned about the lower rating for this headset, but I think they go far beyond what any Jabra or wireless buds headset. People must be buying these for music, and I wouldn’t recommend that. These are for meetings and office-use only. This headset is super comfortable and attractive. It connects to two devices very easily and promptly. The audio quality is clear and sufficient. There is some passive noise cancellation. The boom mic is simple to use, and I love the automatic mute/unmute feature. Battery lasts at least a full day of meetings.Jabra has much of the wireless headset market, and I’ve had 4-5 Jabra headsets. They were uncomfortable, had poor audio quality, unattractive, and unreliable. If you are using this Logitech headset for its purpose, you won’t be unhappy.

Exactly was I was looking for!
I love this headset! After I tried many, I finally found one that I really like! Spending hours in calls all day, this product has been a blessing.PROS:- Very comfortable! Very light, and gentle on the ears. Since it’s over ear, you can keep it on for hours without noticing it. It doesn’t even warms up the ears too much.- The mute function, raising the microphone stick, is FENOMENAL! Many people say that this feature doesn’t work properly for them. Many report that when you raise the microphone to mute, it actually mutes the sound in your ears too. Honestly, in my case, it only mutes the microphone and I can continue hearing other people talking. I tried it on my Windows laptop and my Android phone, with Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Discord and regular cellular phone calls. Works like a charm in any situation. (if for some reason you experience problems, make sure to install Logi Tube)- The Logi Tune companion software is great to adjust equalization, the microphone and feedback volumes. When you lower the microphone stick, the headset plays the environmental audio, directly in your ears. Kinda like a “transparent mode”. This helps a lot to don’t feel too much clogged and isolated when you’re talking. The problem is that there’s a little static noise, that can be annoying. But you can adjust the volume of the feedback very easily with the Logi Tune app.NEUTRAL:- The sound quality is ok. Nothing exceptional. It’s fine for music listening, very good for conversations.- It supports more than one device at a time. The downside of it is that it can handle only one audio stream at a time. For example: if it’s connected to my laptop and I’m having a conversation with Teams, and it’s also connected to my phone at the same time, when I receive a notification on the phone, the audio switches for a few seconds to the phone, and I miss pieces of the conversation.- The microphone stick doesn’t go directly in front of your mouth. It sticks on the side, a little far from the mouth. People always say that they can hear me very clearly, and it has a fairly good noise cancellation too. But it also picks other people voices, in case someone is talking in the room. I’d have preferred a microphone stick closer to my mouth.CONS:- The battery life isn’t great. I estimate a duration of 8-10 hours of usage for conversations. Which is fine, but much less other competitors. Probably the battery isn’t very big, that explains why it’s such a light headset. But it also charges very fast, and you can charge it when you’re using it too.- I like the look of the product. The material looks nice, but it also looks a little fragile. After two months of usage they still look great, but I can feel I have to handle it carefully to don’t ruin it.Overall a very good product, not even that pricey for what you get.

    Updated Review: Not bad
UPDATED 12/2025!!I ended up repurchasing these earlier this year and they do have a mute button! It’s a button on the mic. Works great, and it still has a long battery life. The only issue I’ve had is that when I connect to Teams Meetings, my microphone doesn’t work- there is no sound so then I have to leave the meeting and rejoin. It happens intermittently, it may be an issue with my settings that I’ve yet to figure out. Other than that, they work well.ORIGINAL: I’ve tested these for the 10hr shift I work where I work in a call center, so calls are non-stop. It has pretty good battery life as 8hrs into my shift, I had 91% battery life left.Sound quality is good. At first my incoming calls sounded far away, but I just needed to increase my volume level. These are able to connect to another device, so I had my phone connected playing pandora station and when I’d get a call, the music would turn off and I’d get an alert for an incoming call that would auto-answer. The auto-answer is a function by my organization due to the phone system we use so I’m unsure on its capability to answer and hang up calls (haven’t tried it yet on my phone).Aesthetically, these are pretty but simple headphones. They are the most comfortable I’ve worn as the ear cushion doesn’t actually press on your ear but your ears fit inside. They do run big (head strap) or maybe I have a small head but that didn’t bother me.I can appreciate that it has a mute function when you lift up the mic, BUT what I don’t like is that once it’s muted you don’t hear anything at all. Other headsets that I’ve used, when the mic is muted, it only muted your mic so the caller couldn’t hear you, but with these, it also mutes the caller so I can’t hear what they are saying which was annoying. So you and the caller are sitting in silence together . If there is a way around this, that would be great.Programs that I use are Teams, Outlook, and a phone system for inbound calls and it works fine.Unfortunately, I’m going to return because I don’t like that mute feature which is a non-negotiable for me.

I use these on a daily basis as I work from home and attend many calls with clients and internal team members. The headset is light, easily fits over my ears, and does not make my ears hot or sweaty after prolonged use. The microphone boom swivels up easily and mutes quickly so you don’t have to search for the mute button on your screen. The charge easily lasts me the whole day and a recharge is typically quite quick. The headset will connect simultaneously with two devices. From time to time I find that it will randomly disconnect (the voice audio warns you of this) but it has never happened during use, only after I have been sitting idle with the headset on for a while. not sure why this is. Overall I’m happy with the headset and give it 5 gold star rating.

I’ve been through so many wireless headsets in the past year trying to save myself some money, and each one either faulted, was garbage, or just not what was advertised.I SHOULD HAVE JUST GOT THESE FIRST AND SAVED MYSELF THE HASSLE!I love these so much that once I got mine, I ordered a set for my husband as well. These don’t connect to the GHUB like my cam/keyboard/mouse/yeti do, but they do have a small sidebar app to help with quick fixes. They are also extremely comfortable + light and one of the sell factors for me was the fact it is fabric and not pleather on the ear/band.The mic boom also auto mutes when closed plus there are on ear controls. It comes with a USB-C dual cord only though so if you don’t have an adapter or charge block with that you will need to get one to convert it USB-C to USB ect to charge.

I’ve been using this BT headset daily for months. I find it very comfortable, to the point that I regularly forget I have it on. It connects with up to 2 sources, although 2 simultaneously active sources can be a bit of a mess by definition. It occasionally disconnects from once source when multiple sources are connected but promptly reconnects. The mic sounds a bit tinny for cell phone use (I’m told) but is intelligible. Great value for the price I paid.

This headset strikes a very good balance for multi-use, but it is mostly geared toward work and remote meeting softwares like Teams. It has no active noise canceling and the ear cups aren’t very isolating. So you’ll still be able to hear a bit of the office which is not a bad thing. However, don’t expect full isolation. Sound quality is okay and it has an equalizer you can play with, but don’t expect to be blown away by the sound quality. Logi is trying to hit a middle ground between inexpensive and functional. It is a surprisingly light headset. I can easily wear it for hours when leading remote training sessions. Not very good for traveling, though. The cups don’t fold flat. There’s a mute button on the mic, but it will also mute the mic by flipping it slightly up. Love it for Teams meetings. Battery lasts a full work day. Can also pair with my phone!I took one star away for the lack of active noise cancelation. Seems like Logi could’ve added this.UPDATE: On one occasion the headset locked up while in a meeting. I was one hour into the meeting where the headset just refused to work. Had to turn it off and back on to get back in the Teams meeting. That’s worrisome. If it happens again, I won’t trust it again.UPDATE2: It happened again. The headset locked up in a long meeting (over an hour). No audio, buttons don’t respond. I have to turn it off and back on. I can’t trust it anymore. Works well for short meetings, you run into dangers if you’re a presenter on a long workshop or customer training.

The Headphones are pretty good, although it might be a little fragile if you’re not careful and the audio quality might not be good in certain circumstances. The sound quality from the Headphones when listening to music or videos sounds very good and the cushions are soft and comfortable. It’s also quite easy to adjust them to the contour of your ears, it’s quite light weight and doesn’t feel heavy, nor does it hurt when wearing it for long periods of time. It also charges quite quickly (within 20-30 min they are at or close to full) and I’ve found that they can last for around ~6 hours. I also find that the Bluetooth pairing is very painless and easy to do.However, there are some downsides.- (1) One downside is that it is not very travel-friendly, and can be quite bulky and a little fragile in that setting. The ear cups cannot fold inwards like some headphones can; They can only be raised up or down. If someone is traveling (for example: I tried bringing them with me on many long-haul flights or outings) the headphones can be quite hard to pack into a small/medium size backpack. Even in a larger backpack, you still have to be a little careful as the over-the-head frame is entirely made of plastic, so when trying to pack it into a bag the frame might permanently deform or break if packed haphazardly (especially considering the complementary travel bag that my unit came with is made of fabric which offers little protection). However, this issue can be easily remedied by packing it carefully, wearing it on your neck, or by buying a sturdy travel case for these headphones. As for those looking to use them during exercise or on runs outside, they can easily slip off as they don’t put too much pressure on your head which makes them comfortable but not secure. Be careful! These headphones probably aren’t made for outside use, but are probably recommended for mostly home/inside use only.- (2) Another downside is that the audio quality drops by a lot when in a call or when the microphone is being used. The way that I would describe it is that the audio becomes quite muffled or sounds as if its coming from a cheap speaker and the change is very noticeable. This is quite unfortunate considering both the price of these headphones (being ~$130 CAD at the time of writing) and that this drop in audio quality could cause problems. For my use case (listening to music/watching videos and listening to in-game audio when gaming) it’s perfectly fine and I rarely run into this issue. However, for those who are on discord calls with their friends often, having that drop in audio quality when playing games/listening to music while at the same time chatting with their friends can be quite disappointing.Overall, I’d say they’re good headphones: the audio quality in most scenarios is good, they’re lightweight and comfortable, charges quickly, and the Bluetooth pairing is very easy. But there are some details and use cases that need to be mentioned and/or considered before buying them to make sure that these headphones are the right ones for you.
