I’ve been wanting an echo show for awhile now and finally purchased it.The set up was super easy other then me taking forever to figure out the microphone was muted by looking at the instructions it came with . Once I got it figured out it was a breeze to connect to our WiFi. It’s super easy to use and navigate .I purchased it in glacier white &it looks great in the kitchen .I have to admit I was impressed by the sound it doesn’t sound like a tin can at all.I haven’t experienced any lagging at all. Alexa answers me right away and does what I ask.I decided to buy the used like new option and it came well packaged without any cosmetic damage . It literally looks brand new and it was a great price .

It glitches from time to time. I assume because it refurbished. I was easy to set up, the packaging was nice, and overall it looked fine. No issues connecting to the internet and it works well with my other Alexa devices.
