I have imac and bought this as an extended monitor. Resolution is better than imac. Highly recommend if you are in market for the monitor.

Cons1. Design of hardware stand is bit odd. Screen comes too much front side because of its design. Screen stays very near to face. Other than that.2. Power port should be provided to bottom side OR at least provide long power cable. I have height desk monitor and I cannot extend height due to power port is on middle of screen.Pro1. Quality of resolution is good.2. Stand Height is good.3. Liked White color, using first time

As advertised; refresh rate is good, and for the price, the colours are surprisingly nice with great brightness.Others have been complaining about darkness around the edges, but I have not found this to be an issue for me after using almost daily for 2 months.Has been great for work, coding, and casual gaming.

This is my very first monitor of this calibre so I don’t know really what to compare it with. However I will I’ve been a graphic artist for many years and have did my work sitting front of some pretty atrocious monitors.Most likely there are much better 4K monitors out there but in my opinion, this does the job.Don’t order this with this idea in your mind that it’s going blow you away and presents images as vibrant and sharp as some of the tv’s you see down at your local BestBuy. It’s not that.I personally like this monitor, it has two hdmi inputs which can connect it to two different devices…and you are able switch between them with button on the bottom off the monitor. The control button was a little confusing at first, but I caught on to it.One thing to note when using 4K monitors with a Mac….the text will look really small. I use it at 1440, but switch to UHD when I need it.It’s easily adjustable (up and down).I can’t verify at this point how well it will stand the rest of time. If anything happens, I’ll come back revisit this review.If you’re a premadonna but cheap…don’t buy this monitor.
