How do I switch devices when a trucker’s Bluetooth headset is connected to both a cell phone and a computer?
Once the phone and computer are successfully connected via Bluetooth and paired with the headset, incoming calls from the phone can be quickly and accurately switched to the calling device using the MFB button.
Does LEVN LE-HS012 basic headset work with desk phones and IP phones connection to a landline?
It does not work with desk phones and IP phones.
WHY CAN’T I HEAR THE CALLER’S VOICE WHEN I MAKE A CALL WITH THE HEADSET CONNECTED, AND IT’S HARD FOR THEM TO HEAR ME?
Because the audio of some mobile phones is selected by default during a call, please confirm the Audio selection [LEVN LE-HS012 Basic] on the call interface after answering the call.
How to clear the pairing records?
Press and hold the MFB power button and volume + button at the same time for 5-7 seconds. Seeing that the LED indicator light is purple, the headset has cleared the pairing record and restored the factory settings.

LEVN Headphone Set. Awesome Product.
First of all, the fastest shipping ive ever seen, Ordered it Monday morning and it delivered Monday evening! That was awesome. I used this headphone set a week before doing this review.I read several other reviews about this LEVN Headphone set stating it was better then the Blue Parrots, well I can confirm them statements by saying it is true! I get over twice the distance away from my phone with these then I did my other ones.The sound is nice and clear, just wish the volume was a little louder but does work well. Have no problems with anyone hearing me as well. I used a set that if the mic was not right at my mouth then the other person could not hear me, that was so agitating, even if it just moved a little. Now with this LEVN headphone set, I tried moving the mic completely away and up and down yet I could still be heard clearly.The build quality is actually better then what I expected as well. The Headphones set comfortably on my head and the ear piece is really decent. I start using my headphones around 430 in the morning and they still have power when I plug them up around 7 or 8 at night. So excellent battery life.Definitely a 5 Star product, especially for the price, well recommended. I will definitely buy a second pair. 👍👍👍

Wow! I borderd it on Thursday and it arrived on Friday.At first I thought It’s a bit clunkier than I would like but after wearing it for a couple of hours I got used to it.The clarity is good both talking and listening.The buttons are easy to use which was something that was difficult on my old headset.Good product

I usually break or loose BT headsets, but until I do, this one has been great. All my coworkers say how clearly they can hear me, and I can hear them clearly as well.4 stars only because I wish it would be louder. I use it in a semi and have to use it at full volume so it really could use 2-3 more levels above full to give it 5 stars.I’ve dropped it 3-4 times, and stepped on it twice so far and no change in performance.

Overrated
The headset’s headband eventually snapped in two, which is probably inevitable at this price point. The bigger issue for me is the microphone: it struggles to work reliably in Teams on my laptop when paired with both my laptop and Android phone. If the laptop connects first, the headset constantly beeps like I’m on hold, even though the mic works on the laptop in that state. That breaks the flow of your communication to beep which is very annoying. I also find myself accidentally hanging up calls more often than with other brands I’ve tried.On the positive side, the mic quality is excellent—when it works. Because of that, I’m giving it 3 stars instead of 2. If you only plan to pair it with a single device and don’t mind eventually needing to tape the headband back together, this could be a 4–5 star headset for you.

It’s light weight and pair up with my iphone right away. Calls sound crystal clear. For forty 40 bucks it’s not a bad buy. I will buy again once I need one. I’ve always used blue parrot headset but they are a lot of money. This headset pretty much almost the same thing. It won’t disappoint.

Soy mamá y tengo una bebé de tres años y constantemente estoy ocupada con ella durante todo el día y mis manos siempre están cargando algo o sosteniendo algo o preparando algo, etc. cuando recibí llamadas eran muy incómodo para mí tener la cabeza de lado con el teléfono y a la vez estar haciendo cosas Primero me compré unos audífonos de esos que van en una oreja colgad hitos en una oreja, pero tardaba mucho tiempo en acomodarme en la oreja y se me caía fuera de eso funcionaba muy bien, pero después pensé que lo mejor sería una diadema tipo callcenter y encontré esta después de ver muchas opciones realmente yo buscaba algo como de 500 pesos mexicanos, pero leía a las reseñas y veía que habían problemas y con esta que cuesta mucho más de lo que inicialmente, pensé, leí muy buenas opiniones y justo lo que yo quería, por ejemplo que sea de una oreja que el micrófono se pueda mover en diferentes direcciones, lo cual hace fácil guardarlo que cancele el ruido fuera de lo que es la voz que la acolchado sea cómodo y que la batería dure y todo eso ha sido así, yo estoy muy contenta con esta compra, me ha ayudado muchísimo a que mis días sean más fáciles a poder estar en comunicación y no tan aislada por no poder contestar llamadas, la verdad es que estoy feliz con esta compra, y yo recomiendo mucho este producto para guardarlo dentro de la casa, compré un una cosita de plástico que pegue atrás de un mueble que es para colgar auriculares, tipo de edema y siempre lo tengo a la mano. Ahora bien, no he tenido que transportarlo fuera de mi casa en ese caso, quizás compraría una funda o más bien un estuche rígido, en caso de necesitarlo, pero no veo cuando eso vaya pasar, así que por el momento está perfecto así
