You cant go wrong with this product.
I am very impressed with the quality and performance. I purchased this unit to replace a GE unit that worked non stop for over 19 years. From the packaging, the prompt delivery and the perfect fit on the GE casing it has been in service for 2 months non stop and no issues. I waited to submit a review until I had tried the Heat Pump and I am not disappointed. I have not used the remote or the phone application, I just don’t need it. Great A/C for the price and quieter than the old one.

We ordered this to replace an old ptac. With the existing sleeve, install took 5-10 minutes by myself. Packaging was great. Shipped with liftgate on a pallet. It heated a horribly insulated Florida room in minutes with an outdoor temp of roughly 10F. Fairly quiet. Overall, no complaints. We will see if it cools as well as it heats in a few months.

Requires 2 people to install. Item is bulky and too heavy for one person.
So far so good. The handyman I hired to install the unit was able to do so relatively easy. The unit is not too loud, and cools the sunroom to a comfortable temperature. At least so far, but it’s only May.

Super nice unit
Super quiet unit! Was easy to install in previous wall sleeve. Only issue was with the electric plug and circuit breaker—make sure to review the specks and have the proper connection before you get the unit. Also I didn’t realize the price had such big fluctuation. So tag the “let ya know” when price changes! I could have saved over have the cost!

Easy to install took about 30 min. Works good and is much quieter than the one it replaced.

Bad manufacturing.
It worked well until it didn’t. The freon was leaking.inside so not repairable and a defect from manufacturer. It lasted two years so bad purchase.

Very nice Unit for the price. Cooling is highly effective. This got delivered ahead of time. Great product.I’ll update the review in winters, comment on heating.

Direct replacement for my 13 year old ptac, very stait forward install other than I had to change from 30 amp to 20 amp recepticle and breaker and it works great so far and has heat pump wich my other one did not. Hopefully it will save me some money when heating.(update) heating season has started and I am pleased by this product so far.
