Great product!
Lovely product! Durability great. I typically do not write reviews but this one was a must. It’s very easy to use, installation is seamless and easy. Product is as described on site, easy to navigate and functions are quick. I will definitely be ordering again! Great price for the product you will not be disappointed!

Workable. Just need to do it right.
Easy install, Just read the instructions. Seams to be of decent construction. I was drawn to this because of price. To the people that say there is no easy way to lock, you NEED to set it up fully. This is not an out of the box unit, and you do need to set up the print and code on your phone. To unlock you can either,1, Enter the code that you set.2, Use your phone to lock or unlock3, Use your fingerprint.To Lock,1, Phone.2, Wake up keypad, then tap and hold anywhere and the finger print scanner should turn blue and lock. Voice prompts are helpfull here.In the phone app, you can also set an auto lock timer, Although the max is 30 min. But for taking the dog or trash out, this is more than enough. I did install this on an exterior door, and while this seems to be advertised more as an interior lock, it does come with 2 rubber gaskets to seal the door. Time will tell how well it will hold up.From experience with the name brand door locks, I would recommend to use a name brand battery, especially in the colder seasons, over the store brands.The only thing that may detract, Is that the knob seems to both oversized in the knob, and undersized at the base of the knob. While this does not affect the functionality, it does look a little unbalanced.Over all, This seems to work and for the price you cant go wrong. This lock does seem to use a Schlage or Dexter style key. Having this re-keyed may be hard as I did not see a simple route to pull the core. I also did not try as I didnt want to destroy a brand new lock.

Stopped working after a Month
The locking mechanism Stopped working just past the 30 day mark of purchasing. Other than that everything else fine. Easy install, and app features worked. Finger print scanner, and codes worked as intended. I reset the door lock and reinstalled to verify its locking mechanism is broken, as the app shows its locked when it’s not.However, being that I’m past the return date and see comments regarding subpar support and have yet been responded to an email for this issue. A 1 star rating it is, as im out X amount of $$ for what is now, just a door knob.

Works good. Needs extra hub to manage away from door.
Lock is a little slower to work than my old fingerprint knob but it seems to work fine. I have 3 of them in the house and also bought a “bluetooth wifi gateway” box so I could open them remotely. Overall they were really easy to install and work ~90% of the time on first try.

After having my makeup and clothes missing I Added this to my door to keep my teenager out of my room. It serves its purpose and highly recommend if you have teenage daughters stealing your clothes lol

Good Locks but Biometric Fingerprint Hardly ever works
These door locks are the best invention if they would work all the time. I had to order like 3 replacements and the locks work very well with the 6 digit numbers, the key and with the IPhone but the biometric finger print works only like 10% of the time. It’s a bummer because the door knobs are beautiful. The 6 digit numbers to open the locks are too long as well. I wish they could have added a choice of 4 or 6 digits. Additionally if you forget the number you added for the lock forget it, you can never unmasked the number you added to open the lock I have another brand for my front door and you can switch the numbers from 6 to 4 and you can unmasked the numbers and the fingerprint works 99% of the time but that is another brand that is too expensive to add it to 7 doors.Great product but the biometric finger print usually never works and I bought it for that reason because of the ease to use your fingerprint. I bought the locks for all my 7 doors but I am very sad that the biometric fingerprint hardly ever works.

Do NOT buy this item – broke within first use and latch had door stuck closed. Getting locksmith out to remove cost more than the item.

The product works as intended, but only when it works.I bought two units altogether and one came defective. Then I retuned it and bought another one, which also came defective. I tried the whatsapp support, but no luck. So I returned it too.The issue:One side of the knob powers the main knob. The issue I observed on both returned items was the same. As you connected the batteries and attach the cable to the main knob, it blinks and dies. I changed the batteries, pressed the reset button, disconnected and reconnected the cable a few times. (it blinked again in one of those).Bottom line: The build quality is horrible, so the odds of breaking or not working is really high. Don’t waste your time with this product.
