Decent scale with some small drawbacks.
The size is pretty standard for a scale and it seems accurate based on my use so far. Setup was straightforward and easy. One thing to note is that the app must be open for the scale to sync—otherwise it won’t connect. There’s also no clear indicator showing whether it’s actively syncing.The scale does not come with batteries, so you’ll need to purchase three AAA batteries separately. It would have been nice if batteries were included or at least clearly mentioned upfront. The app itself is decent but could use better development and polish. That said, it’s free and doesn’t require a subscription, which is a plus.Overall, it works as expected so far. I’ll update my review after using it for a longer period.

Don’t let the negative reviews turn you off
So I read some of the negative reviews, and immediately tried to cancel my order. I didn’t want a scale that gave different weights. Alas, but it was too late, and the order was already processed and being prepared for shipping.Divine intervention. I’m glad it didnt get canceled. The scale hasn’t had any inaccuracy issues. My guess is that perhaps other users did not have the scale on a level surface. Because there is a spot on my floor that isn’t flat, has a little bump to it, this caused the results to fluctuate. By moving the scale to a flatter spot, the readings have been consistent. If I weigh myself a few times back to back. The same weight. Weigh myself 5 to 10 minutes later. The same weight.Android version, the app is cool. Not sure how accurate these readings really are, but the app is free and easy to use. Just keep in mind if your using the Bluetooth version, you don’t necessarily pair the scale to your phone like other Bluetooth devices. You need to have to app open, start the adding device process, and just stand on your scale to start the connection process. Then each time you want to update your stats on the app, you need to have the app open while standing on the scale because it’s an auto connect via the app. The scale won’t show up on your phone’s Bluetooth device list.Happy with the purchase at this amazing price.

I just wanted to know my weight
I wanted a basic digital scale for monitoring a 20 lb weight loss goal of falling within recommended height to weight classifications (which I just hit). I didn’t need a “smart” scale with apps, wi-fi, voice prompts, BMI calculations, etc. I just wanted to know my weight. This is inexpensive and just does what I wanted. It’s sleek, lightweight, modern looking and it fits nicely in our modern bathroom. I’m a 6′-1″ man and it doesn’t tip when I first step on it with one foot. The numbers are easy to read and after a few seconds the display locks-in for about 10 seconds so you can step off. It includes two AAA batteries and has a battery strength indicator. After 3 months and almost everyday weighing, plus my 9 year old “checking his weight”, the battery is about 90%. You can select pounds or kilograms using a switch on the bottom of the unit.Once again, I see some people seem to always have issues with products and claim it’s not accurate. You can tell it’s usually user-error or maybe a malfunctioning unit when a fraction of poor reviews is contradicted by the vast majority of positive ones. I placed various sized rubber-coated dumbells on it and they were exact or within 1/10 of a pound. I typically weigh two times in succession and each time the value is the same, down to the tenths. It’s a body weight scale people – we’re not weighing precious metals. A tenth of a pound will not impact you very much. At the time of writing, it was 15 bucks – if all you need is the basics, you can’t go wrong with this.Fun fact that most people won’t care about or even need to know…Within three months I dropped 20 lbs by immediately cutting all sugar, eating very low carbs and dusting-off my bike and doing a few miles around the neighborhood every night. I have a desk job so I desperately needed some physical activity. I’m a 6′-1″ man and went from 212 to 190. I don’t miss the sugar, but the carbs were the hardest part.NOTE: I purchased this item on Amazon for full price and have no affiliation to the seller. I love this scale. It is exactly what I was looking for. It is very accurate on weight, it is easy to use. The best thing is that it connects to an app and tracks your progress. I have been using this for 6 months and am very happy with it and the progress I am making with its use. It is a reasonable size and does not take up a lot of room in the bathroom. I would recommend this to anyone who is interested in working on goals.
