Exceeded my expectations
This headset exceeded my expectations. The sound is clear, the mic blocks out background noise extremely well, and pairing with both Bluetooth and the USB dongle was quick and effortless. It’s lightweight and comfortable enough to wear through long calls without any irritation.Battery life is great, and the mute indicator light is super helpful during meetings. Overall, it’s a reliable, high-quality headset at a very reasonable price. I’m genuinely impressed and definitely recommend it.

Great headsets for online calls in a working environment.
The headsets are nice and well-made. I like the option to turn off using a switch rather than pressing a button for a period of time. I feel I have more control of connection and turning off and on. Can control volume and sound easily through the headset.I also really like not having “interference” of automatic connection of other devices in the area. I have full control of turning on, and pairing with whatever device I choose to use the headsets on. Has a variety of connection options – bluetooth, wireless with a fob, and using the wire connection.I have walked away from my laptop to other areas on my floor, and the quality of sound did not degrade until I was several feet away, in a different area. The ear pads are soft and comfortable, and are smaller than earphones I have used before. The sound quality is clear and of good quality. And I do not hear much background noise outside of the headphones, especially when on a call. They are lightweight, not too heavy, and the microphone seems clear as I have had no complaints that the speech is not clear or “far away.” Happy with my purchase. As a plus, the vendor seems very responsive, and even sent a “thank you” note so it appears they do value their customers and our business.
