Why cannot connect to the Internet?-A
Make sure that the router has the 2.4G band turned on and connect the device to the network in that band. If the management password is incorrect, check whether the entered number contains special symbols.
Why cannot connect to the Internet? -B
Confirm that the router supports the 2.4G frequency band, adjust the AP location away from interference sources (such as operator antennas), and optimize the RF power settings.

The wireless bandwidth of a single wireless router is limited. For example, a common 300M wireless router cannot connect 50 wireless terminals at the same time. In this case, please restart the router.
Why does the Internet often disconnect?

They Work Well
These are in effect a smart switch for your outlets. They work really well to control things like lamps, fans or appliances that can be left “always on” but be controlled by a switched outlet but are a lot more convenient because you can have switched outlets anywhere you put them without having to install a physical switch and run wires or having to install switched outlets. They pair fairly easy. About the only thing that was a little troublesome was getting the GHome app that controls these to work right. I kept getting error ‘no network connection’ messages so I just uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. I did this once and after that the setup was a breeze. I linked the GHome app to Alexa and Google Home and I control them with both without issue.

Great smart plug
I purchased a 4-pack of these smart plugs for my Christmas lights. One plug worked out of the box, but the others did not. I contacted customer service and had a great experience-Kyle quickly arranged to send a full replacement 4-pack, which arrived very quickly. All of the new plugs worked perfectly.Setup through the app was simple, and the plugs are easy to control, schedule, and automate. After the holidays, I started using them for lamps in my living room and bedrooms, and they’ve worked flawlessly. I haven’t integrated them with Alexa yet, but the setup appears straightforward.The only drawback is the size-they protrude from the outlet and may block another plug on a power strip. Despite that, I highly recommend these smart plugs and would purchase from this company again due to the excellent customer service. I would absolutely buy a slimmer version if one becomes available.

Super easy and reliable
These outlets are the best. They are small so you won’t kick them as you walk by. I used a flat plug cord with them and the combination sticks out from the wall less than a conventional plug by itself. You can push the button on the outlet to turn them on and off or use the free app to control them remotely. You can set schedules for each one or create a scene. Once you have connected the first one through the app to the wifi, each one after that takes less than 30 seconds to connect and update. Seriously These are the easiest to connect and control. I bought another 4 pack of the round ones and 4 of the dual rectangular ones as well as a dual outdoor one.The only drawback is in the app with the pop up ads for other devices. Seriously these are so good and reliable you don’t need ads, the brand sells itself.I will be buying this brand when the need comes up.

Easy set up, small, and great for light automation
Easy to set up. Arrived quickly. Originally wanted the Christmas tree wand but delivery wouldn’t make it before Christmas and creators seem to have made sellers surge the price. This is the same concept essentially. You do have to download an app though so I hate that because why. All these dang apps. But it makes it easy go voice command the tree lights on and off. Still trying to figure out how to time automate it but I think you have to share constant location for that to work. It works with Alexa as well if you have one but I just use my phone. The app connects to the google home app so if you delete the app after the initial set up it won’t connect. Not an official google product as I initially thought but is able to connect easily with google devices. My only issue is downloading yet another app but it works great and is super small and cordless on its own. Just like lights however, you will need some kind of internet in your home to connect the bluetooth capacity of the device but yeah so far so good.

They Work Great
I use these all over both my rooms and they work great. Only issue I have had is around 6 months in with the schedule set for my pets basking/UV lamps, they stopped turning on and off at the set times. All I had to do was unplug them and plug them back in and it was fixed. I would recommend these very helpful and convenient.

These work great!
These actually work very well! I’ve had this old Amazon echo in my house for years, and it still works great and was easy to set up to have Alexa turn the lights on and off. Very simple. The only annoying thing is when you sign up on their website for the warranty you get blasted with ads to buy more stuff. But I do have to say if you’re going to buy ” stuff “, this is some pretty good stuff to buy. Lazy? Not at all, some of my plugs are behind beds or couches so it makes sense to have a better way to turn on the lights!

Easiest connecting plug ever used!
These plugs are so far better, setup wise, of any ever used. Previous plugs would require extraneous efforts to try and get connected to my home network or connection would fail as soon as the app was closed. They do use a 2.4 ghz network, which i have a subsetting on my my router for connecting little things, like plugs or devices. I switched my phone to the 2.4 ghz, wireless network, plugged in the device and it displayed “connected” in the Ghome app! I was shocked at the simplicity. Disconnected my phone from that network, rejoined the preferred home wireless, and Alexa announced she found a new plug! Edited the device name (in the app) – the whole process took maybe 2 minutes. I spent probably an hour trying to connect some other plugs (govee) last week and promptly threw them all away. I don’t write many reviews, but these are by far the easiest plugs to use and configure and I have tried several. I now have all my plugs on the Ghome app and can see and manage them from the same app instead of multiple apps for management. Easy peezy – get these! Even a non techy person can handle this easily.
