Love it. Would buy again.
Easy to install and works great. I got it for our main suite because who knows what we have laying around that no one needs to see when we’re not home, including money and jewelry. Over two years and haven’t changed the batteries yet and it remembers our fingerprints every time, even my wife’s who has very faint prints. The code also works good if need be.

Locks behind me, I can have multiple codes, finger print I added 4 time for my thumb so I never have annoyances of it not unlocking. The app shows how full the battery is. Though I haven’t had to replace them once yet.

Not happy
It worked for a while then all of a sudden anybody can come in my room. The pin does not work. I try resetting it. I don’t know how to reset. The language part is speaking Chinese.

I’m loving my new doorknob. I have to figure out how to do the finger print correctly. Other than that it’s so nice and keeps unwanted out. Ordered 2 more. Easy to assemble.

Great product for privacy.
Love this product, keeps my nosy nephews out of my bedrooms and gives you that privacy. You need also keeps my toddler from coming into the bedroom. Easy to set up looks great.

Sensitive wiring
Seems like it would be a decent product if the wiring worked. Installed as directions described, and door did not function. Unscrewed it all and took it apart to check wiring was connected properly and as soon as I pulled the knobs apart, the wiring came with it and snapped completely off. Customer service was quick to send a replacement so we will see if we have better luck with that one and will update my review.
