How to Descale/Clean the Kettle?
1. Filling the kettle with 1 cup of vinegar or lemon juice and 2 cups of water.
2. Boiling the liquid and leave it for 2 hours, then use a cloth to clean and wipe.
3. Rinse the kettle with clean water, and dry with a soft, clean cloth.
4. Repeat as needed.

Great Kettle!
This electric kettle works very well. It boils quickly and it looks great on my counter. I highly recommend this kettle. It was definitely worth what I paid for it, which wasn’t much.

Enjoying my purchase
I like that no water touches plastic. It heats pretty fast depending on how full it is. I like that it has temp selections as well as names of the tea, coffee etc. Easy to pick up and replace without any hang ups. It is a little noisy but not a deal breaker. Also the spout is not as easy as the goose neck kind but again not a deal breaker. Heats up and beeps to let you know it’s done and keeps warm for you and shuts off if it runs dry. So far I like it.

I absolutely love this tea kettle! Up until now, I used a regular kettle on the stove. Never again! I love that it is glass and stainless steel, no plastic comes in contact with the water. It boils quickly, and the water is hotter than what I got with my regular tea kettle. And, that blue light! So cute!

Looks good and it’s completely functional
So far so good, makes my Americano drink simple and easy, also it keeps me from microwaving the water which changes the molecules.This would be much healthier for anyone being health conscience and needing boiling water for whatever needs, whether it be coffee, soup or tea.It only takes less than 2 minutes to boil and looks good sitting on the counter. Not sure about longevity yet but 3 months in everyday use and has worked perfectly.

A TRULY EXCELLENT PRODUCT . . . . UNTIL IT STOPS WORKING.
A truly great electric kettle . . . . while it works. It’s very well constructed and works almost flawlessly. It rapidly heats to your selected temperature in quality stainless and glass, maintains this temperature for an hour before it automatically turns off unless you do so yourself before an hour. Wide range of available temperatures. audible signals for reaching selected heat settings, beautiful design, large capacity, and all the good things. The big con is that we we give our unit very heavy use (like about 4-5 full loads per day, and lots of additional smaller loads), and it only works for about one year before it stops working. We have gone through 4 units in 4 years (all purchased from Amazon), and we will keep on buying them because the unit performs so exceptionally well and works best for us.

Heats water quickly and gets it hot! Very pleased.
Returned a different brand kettle because it was leaking between the glass and the metal band at the top. This is all glass at the top so no place to leak from as you pour the water. I love this thing. It heats water quickly and the water is HOT! It is nice and wide at the top allowing you to easily fit your hand inside to wash it out.Wish the base, which is made out of light plastic was a little heavier, but has not been an issue and the weight of the pot keeps it in its place. I have this in my office at work and am very pleased with it.

Can not speak to the longevity of this product but at first use the water to as boiling so fast and efficiently! I am hopeful this works for awhile. Our regular tea kettle which I loved because it sounded like a train whistle when the water boiled and it matched my dishes somehow got damaged beyond use. So this replaced my favorite. Unless it fails quickly its a keeper

No Plastic with the Water
Quickly boils water and the temperature is rather high, so if you like piping hot, this is for you. Purchased when I read “no plastic contact with water”. That was very important. Doesn’t take up much counter space, either. High quality and worth the price.

Looks and functions as advertised. The kettle feels sturdy and functional, very straightforward to use without any superfluous options, just a toggle button to turn it on and off, and of course the open button on the handle.It is also easy to clean – the top opens automatically halfway, but can be fully opened to fill it or clean it thoroughly. It also has a filter at the mouth to filter out anything put inside the water. I also like the blue light glow it does when boiling.The kettle takes about 1 minutes and 30 seconds to boil 0.75L. I recommend leaving the lid open once used to air it out otherwise the remaining water droplets will stick to the glass even overnight.The only flaw is the stand, which is plastic and flimsy in comparison to the sturdy glass. Take care when placing the cord, as it can twist and compromise the balance of the stand.Overall, a great buy if you’re looking for a straightforward kettle with a simple but elegant look for an affordable price. Highly recommend.
