Despite all the fancy acronyms, this is essentially a good wireless speaker, whether or not you make use of all of the functions.Size. Measurements are fine, but I like to have a real reference. This is maybe 25% smaller than a box of tissues. It’s not tiny like some of the newer wireless speakers, nor is it so big it takes up a lot of flat space. I take it into the bathroom so I can listen to music or audiobooks while I’m getting ready for the day or relaxing in a bath. I was having trouble hearing audiobooks from my phone’s speaker over the noise of the shower, this has very clear quality sound even in a noisy environment.Pairing. Couldn’t have been easier! I have an android phone and it paired quickly. The instructions tell you what the device name will be in the Bluetooth pairing list. It’s amazing how many Bluetooth devices don’t provide that information, so a garble of letters and numbers when there are many devices in range can be confusing. My phone found this quickly and it paired immediately.I love the fact that it doesn’t require its own app! Just worked as an external output source and ready to go.Why not 5 stars? USB-C charging port is fine but the included cable is only a foot long. And like many devices today, they don’t provide a wall adapter. It’s important to know the voltage of the adapter used is appropriate for the device. I used my regular phone charging cable and it was fine.The wood facade on back and front is nice, just minimal and discreet design. Buttons on top are white and easy to see, which older people will appreciate!This is not a cheap speaker, but I would say it’s value is appropriate for what you get. The presence of a TF/microSD card slot is a rare thing in today’s digital gadget world. If you want to load up an SD card with audio files instead of needing to have your phone audio tied up, it’s a very nice feature. Auxiliary input also makes this wireless speaker more versatile if you want to hook up older equipment. The Speaker You Need
Wow, I have owned several Bluetooth speakers over the years, some great, some bad. This one falls into the category of great. I like several things about it so here is a breakdown of the pros and cons:Pros:- Sound Quality. This little, but heavy speaker really puts out good sound quality. I found the sound to be a very balanced selection of bass and treble and the quality remained consistent at low and high volume levels. there is zero rattling or distortion ever present.- Build quality. This thing is built like a tank, but in a god way. It is heavy and has no fragile parts on it that feel lose or cheap. Only one item that mildly concerns me is the wood facing. It looks terrific, but will it fade and hold up over time. That is to be determined.- Value. For a speaker with this sound quality and build the current price seems maybe even a little low. I would definitely consider this to be a strong option at this price point for a Bluetooth speaker.Cons:- None

Great value Bluetooth speaker
This is a great Bluetooth speaker whether you need it to be portable or not. The size is perfect and my wife even ended up taking it to her work and using it in her office. The sound can go low enough that it doesn’t disturb her office neighbors. When it’s outside the office it can be cranked up plenty loud enough. The speaker is as easy to use as any other Bluetooth speaker. Connecting is also very easy. We haven’t tested the time it takes to drain the battery life down to 0 yet but it’s lasted as long as needed per charge so far.Overall this speaker is a good value for the money. It’s not going to be JBL or Bose quality but it’s also much cheaper.
