High function and great value for the money
A really good smart lock for the budget minded like myself. There is a lot of versitility with access methods. The primary one I use is the fingerprint reader, but it also allows for individual combination entry and key fob access per user. The fingerprint reader works very well and is fast. The audible feedback is nice as well. The instructions provided are clear and easy to follow. I had the lock installed and configured in under an hour.

Installed a few weeks ago, and it’s been working great.
So far so good! It’s been in place for a couple of weeks and no problems. The weather is just now getting hot so I’m curious to see how full on sun and triple digits will affect it. After that, I would like to see how it does with the harsh cold of winter. Till then, we’ve been loving it.Fingerprint recognition has been very reliable. The included cards work great too. Installation was fast and easy, and the batteries are quick to access so when we need to change them out, it will not be a hassle. Also, we have not had any problems with the app to date.Currently, my only complaint is “waking up” the lock. It takes a little bit of time to light it up (wake) to get it to lock the door. I wish there were a single button I could push and have it automatically lock without having to wake the device and then lock it.

For price.. good product
This lock was easy to install and it seems very durable. It works well with the key cards. It works well with the fingerprint and also the codes that it produces. The app is not very functional right now because you cannot tell if the lock is unlocked or locked, and it only works through Bluetooth unless You buy the additional Wi-Fi gateway, which is a little misleading, however, if you want to work it remotely through the Internet you have to get the gateway separately. Otherwise if you’re connected to Bluetooth and you’re within 10 to 12 feet of it at all times the phone can operate the lock just fine. You can only have it logged in on one device at a time, however which is difficult when you use iPads and phones at the same time in the house and you have to go back-and-forth between the two depending on what you’re doing. But good to know ahead of time.

Total waist of time. Completely BS. The lock installed very easily. The video instalation instructions were wonderful. But the app is a piece of scrap. I waisted hours and hours download the app, unstalling/reinstalling, clearing cashes, restarting phone. Changing from wifi to cell data, canging permissions. The app simply would not let me register my account. It kept giving a server error “Fail Code Null 500.” There are 2 apps in the Google playstore that say “Sifely” on the icon. The one the lock instructions QR code directs to is green. The other is blue and states “MJRHOME Sifely origional” in the title and states it also opporates other brands of locks. I scanned the QR code in the lock instructions numerous times to make sure I had the correct app. The pictures of the app in the instructions dont match the app, making me wonder if the company printed the incorrect QR code for app for this product. Waisted hours of trying to register an account and it just never worked. Horrible Horrible Horrible. Do not buy.

I’ve had this smart lock installed for about 3 weeks. Simple to I stall. Simple to operate. Easy to create and share pin codes.The biometrics is the main way we use this lock. I have had 1 instance where it wouldn’t take any of my finger prints… But I used the pin code and got right in!For the price, this smart lock give you a lot of bang!
