I love this for the price, seems to be working great and the app actually connects to my galaxy health and updates it automatically i forgot how I did it though lol. I weigh myself twice a week as I try to maintain but also up my intake while improving muscle mass and lowering body fat. This gives you every measure you need to understand your body.

Measurements significantly different from the body scale at the doctors’s office
Measurements of body fat and water was significantly different from what they were on the doctor’s body scale. Body fat was over twice and water was less than a half although weight and BMI were similar.Returning for refund.
