Why does water appear inside the product packaging?

Each unit undergoes meticulous underwater testing before packaging to ensure optimal performance upon delivery. Minor dampness or water stains on the machine are considered normal.

Why won’t the machine charge?

Before charging, ensure the device is turned off to prevent charging issues, and check for any water in the charging port, as dampness may lead to charging failure or port corrosion.

Why can’t the machine climb smooth walls?

Please Install the included floating kit in the machine for climbing on walls of any pool material.

    Good Little Machine
So far so good with this robot! I was kind of nervous about purchasing this considering the price. However, it actually works really well!First, and something others have commented on, the app works fine! The app cannot communicate with the robot if the robot is in water! Water prevents the signal from being able to talk to each other. Simple hydrology and physics at its best. It simply won’t work. It is NOT the apps fault nor is it the robots fault. Cell phones cannot produce sonar capabilities.Second, you program it when the robot is out of the water to do what you want it to do. Once you have that figured out, you drop it in and it does it job. It has zero issues getting around our pool. We have a shallow sitting area in our pool, it’s depth is roughly 8 feet at max, and it is a large rectangular pool (20ft x 50ft roughly). The robot works just fine with the shallow areas, stairs, and depth. Since it does not have a cord it does not get caught on anything. When it gets into an area it cannot figure out, it backs up a few times and repositions itself to clean. So far, the battery life is good as it has always been able to do our entire pool without running out. However, we do have to recharge it after each use. Takes a few hours to clean our pool and the pool crew that comes to cleans says it is a good little machine for what we use it for (to do a mid-week clean).

    Exceeded my expectations
This pool robot is something I didn’t even believe I needed until I got it. Seriously, my wife has been telling me I needed to get one of these things because I have been manually vacuuming the pool for decades. I enjoy doing it that way, so I felt no desire to buy a robot. Okay, so finally she got me this one for my birthday, and I’ve been using it for a month now. wow. I can’t say enough good about it. Our pool is 16×32, and it’s now cleaner than I ever could get it manually. I enjoy watching it work for a while, then I can go do other things while it does what it does, which is a better job than I had been doing. It has strong suction and gets EVERYTHING from leaves to bugs and worms to tiny little specks that I never even could see before. The filter box is easy to clean out, and it’s easy to plug in and charge. The battery lasts plenty long to get the job done. It seems well-made, like it should last many years of use. I generally use it to clean the pool floor only, but a couple of times I let it clean the entire pool – walls and all. It did great! I couldn’t believe how well it sticks to the walls, but really it uses the force from the water it sucks from the surface and blows out its top. It provides thrust from the top to push it firmly onto the surface it’s climbing. It comes with extra floating pieces I could easily install in it for buoyancy if needed, but I threw those away because it climbs just fine. Going over obstacles like the drains and light fixture are no problem, but it does get a little challenged with the steps. That’s really not an issue since I brush the steps off before starting the robot anyway. For what its worth, we like it so much we named her “Rosie” after the robot on the Jetsons.

    This thing is great
I looked at this vs a couple others for several weeks, and then the new version came out and knocked the price of this one into the basement. I didn’t need whatever the upgrade was (battery life), so this was a no brainer. We have a rectangular 30′ saltwater pool 3 to 6 foot depth with a 18″ deep baja with steps and a rail on one side and another access point /step on the deep end. Robot works great, cleans all but one, 2 foot section blocked by the rail and hasn’t gotten stuck yet with all this complexity, no matter what mode I choose, it just works as it is supposed to.It takes a LOT of calcium out (generated by the salt cell) and a crap ton of dog hair (generated by 2 big dumb 110 pound labs). Once you set it up with Bluetooth and choose what you want it to do, you just push the button and drop it anywhere in the pool. Couldn’t be simpler to use.It is pretty heavy, as others have mentioned. But I knew that. I just hook it and guide it over to the steps and horse it from there. I haven’t tried getting fancier with the app or anything, I just drop and forget.I have only two real gripes: the access door and latch (not even that) the basket is a little chintzy, I could see myself breaking it if not paying attention. And you can’t open that easily when it’s plugged in because the cord and plug is in the way. Not a major complaint, but just FYI you can’t easily remove or replace the basket with it plugged in.The other thing – not really avoidable I guess – is that is uses a proprietary plug, which actually drives me nuts. I struggle with this with stuff like my electric scissors or rechargeable screwdrivers etc. We can put a man on the moon etc. but we can’t standardize into one plug for small stuff and one for big stuff? Give me a break. I would very much give up fast recharge time for a USB connector. But then again, maybe others need that 3-hour recharge time and there’s no “big stuff” standard. I have a huge central box for all of the proprietary cords and wall warts in the house and garage, which is something that took me years to figure out, so Pro Tip maybe.Well that escalated quickly, but I guess I will just say that this thing works great, is easy to use and eliminates the whole ridiculous vacuum and hose section mess, so I very much recommend this.Second best thing for the pool after skimmer socks. I mean, If you don’t have those, now you’re just making it 5x more difficult for no reason. Which is cool, if that is your thing.

    Powerhouse!
This robot is POWERFUL! I was mesmerized by the way it climbed the walls and picked up fine dirt on the floor. Easy to set up and get started. After a full charge, it ran for over two hours and still had over 30% battery life left. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because of the app. The functionality is so basic. Hoping they have some better app functionality coming up in the near future.

This is a nice pool cleaner and has about a 2-3 hour battery life on one charge. The unit is very easy to use and when compared to it’s much more expensive counterparts, we felt it did very well. We have tried other WYBOT cleaners before and this brand has become very dependable for our family.Of course, there are newer versions of pool cleaners out there now, but for our purposes, this pool cleaner has worked very well.

I was finally able to properly test this unit after picking it up in the off-season. I’ve been using the WYBOT C1 for a few weeks now, and I’m genuinely impressed with how well it handles pool cleaning. From setup to operation, everything about this unit feels well-designed and user-friendly. A lot of thought went into both the hardware and the smart features. The cleaning performance is top-notch. The dual PVC brushes do a great job of scrubbing away dirt, sand, and even the occasional leaf, and the independent water pump motor provides serious suction power. I also love the caterpillar tracks; they give it the grip it needs to climb walls and scrub along the waterline. For those concerned about its climbing ability over smooth walls, the unit comes with an optional floating kit that addresses this issue. The variety of cleaning modes is a huge plus: I usually let it run the full pool mode (walls then floor), and it navigates with precision thanks to the N-shaped and S-shaped pathing. The result is a consistently clean pool without any missed spots. If debris is disturbed and subsequently missed on the first pass, it’s captured on the second. One of the standout features for a geek like me is the app control. It’s great being able to adjust settings and switch modes from my phone. The OTA (over-the-air) updates are a nice touch too; it’s reassuring to know the device can improve over time.Battery life is solid. I get close to the advertised 150 minutes, and it charges quickly in about three hours. That said, I did a bit of research and saw some reviews mentioning battery degradation after winter. For anyone considering this cleaner (or anything with a large lithium battery), I recommend maintaining the battery between 20% and 80% during the off-season and avoiding full discharges. They should never be routinely discharged to 0% or charged to 100%. It’s a general best practice for lithium-ion batteries and will help preserve long-term performance.Overall, this robotic cleaner has made pool maintenance so much easier. It’s reliable, efficient, and versatile. With the added peace of mind from the two-year warranty and responsive customer support, I feel confident in recommending it to anyone seeking a high-quality robotic pool cleaner. Given that similar models can cost up to quadruple the price, this is a smart investment.

For reference, my above ground pool is an 18′ diameter x 52″ high round pool and I have finally just geared it up for some Summer pool fun. It was out all winter, gathering all kinds of dirt so it really put this robot vacuum to the test. For a relatively small pool vacuum, it does have a good weight to it and with a full charge, I gently dropped it into the pool where it eloquently found the bottom with both of its tracks, upside-right. Moments after, it began moving around the pool, bumping into the walls as it mapped everything out. I had it set to “full pool cleaning” mode too and it took over a couple hours to complete my pool. I am guessing it would take a lot less time next time as it has my pool mapped out now.It did a great job at cleaning everything up in my pool and removing the sliminess of the pool from sitting in the warm sun these past couple months or so. There was a lot of dirt and small branches in the bottom of the pool and it had no issues sucking those up. I am also impressed that it cleared so much algae from the floor bottom, as my pool bottom isn’t exactly all that flat as I hardly tampered the crusher dust I set this pool on. (I kind of liked the unevenness of it actually.)After pulling it back out with the hook that came with it, I cleaned out the fine mesh screen and hosed it all down. Everything came perfectly clean and was very simple. Nothing came out backwards, back into the pool as I pulled it out either, which was awesome because it had been an issue with other robot vacuums I have had in the past.It fully charged back up after leaving it plugged in for a of couple hours and was ready to go for another round. I plan on just leaving it plugged-in in my basement with the other pool gear for whenever it comes time to do some general maintenance. Shouldn’t have to use this daily but since it was so easy and fun, I just might. I have a couple of other robots I need to try out too but so far, this one is the winner!Thank you for reading my review! 🙏

Tried out the Wybot C1 recently, and I’ve got to say – don’t let the smaller size fool you. While it’s the more compact sibling to the C2 and C2 Vision, it still packs a serious punch when it comes to pool cleaning.Setup was quick and easy. Just like the others, you download the app, make an account, power the robot on, and connect it via WiFi. The app guides you through selecting your pool setup, and from there, it’s ready to roll. What stands out with the C1 is how compact and lightweight it is. It’s clearly a more basic model – there’s no camera or advanced AI, and the battery isn’t as big – but it still handles most cleaning tasks with no problem. It was able to scale walls just like its larger counterparts and cleaned the pool floor really well. The app is the same one used for the higher-end models, which is great. It’s user-friendly, lets you choose from preset cleaning modes, and even has more advanced settings if you want to fine-tune things. Just remember, once the robot is underwater, you lose connectivity – so set your options beforehand.Battery life is understandably shorter than the C2 models, but still more than enough for regular cleanings. For smaller to mid-sized pools, it’s more than capable. What I really appreciated was how lightweight and easy it was to handle. Getting it in and out of the pool is super simple, especially with the bright orange handle and included retrieval hook. Cleaning out the basket is quick and hassle-free too.All in all, the Wybot C1 is a great little robot for anyone who wants solid performance in a smaller, more affordable package. It may be the “baby” of the lineup, but it doesn’t act like one. Highly recommend if you want something simple, efficient, and easy to live with.
