Please download “CINMOORE” APP, use the APP to scan the code on the camera’s bottom,then connect to Wi-Fi. This camera support 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi but not 5Ghz Wi-Fi.
Do I need to pay extra for this camera?
This camera supports up to 256GB memory card (purchased separately), All AI recognition features are free, and we offer a 1-month free cloud storage. After the free period, cloud storage requires additional payment.
How does motion tracking work? Will it follow my pet or baby when they move?
The camera auto-tracks motion across a 360° view and sends instant phone alerts when motion, people, pet or sounds are detected.
My camera’s pan and tilt aren’t moving smoothly. Any fixes?
It has an auto-calibration feature to fix this, Open the app, go to Settings > Lens Control > PTZ Calibration. This recalibrates the motor for smoother movement.
I am moving the camera to another place. How shall I do?
Please reset the camera and re-pair it after relocation. To reset, gently tilt the lens upward to locate the reset button.

The perfect Indoor security camera.
This camera works perfect for my needs. I wanted a small security camera to monitor my back porch driveway area from inside the house. I also wanted a camera that I could remotely move to check on my pets during my absence. This camera works perfect for me. Easy setup, excellent video quality with very good audio, I can even hear the clock’s ticking in my house. Being able to remotely scan outside and inside is a plus. No extra fees or expense for subscriptions or storage. I can strongly recommend this security cam for anybody looking for one.

I’ll admit I had fairly low expectations given the camera’s low price, but I was genuinely surprised by how impressed I was once it arrived. Installation and setup were incredibly straightforward, and using the free app (I’m on Apple/iOS) made the process quick and hassle-free.The camera is packed with features you’d normally expect from much more expensive models, including adjustable motion detection with pet and human recognition, full 360° rotation, and smooth up-and-down tilt control. The wide-angle lens provides excellent coverage, and the high-resolution image quality is impressive both during the day and at night thanks to its strong night vision.One of the biggest highlights is that no subscription is required to use the camera, which makes it an outstanding value for the price. Overall, this camera far exceeded my expectations and delivers excellent performance without the premium cost.

Great indoor camera.
Camera works great. Easy app install. I love that you can batch manage and delete all videos in one shot if you choose. I would only suggest that I would like to see where you could set the record times after a person is detected. Would definitely recommend.

Pet and security camera
Purchased at an excellent Black Friday price. The camera was purchased to monitor my dog while I am away from home. It also functions as a security camera. The picture quality, 360 motion detection, micro SD card slot, 2 way audio all exceeded my expectations at the price point.

Honestly I love these. I got them for my cat, the quality is great, you can move the camera around, hear sound and honestly they’re adorable. Their privacy feature is great for when i’m home so i don’t have to constantly move them. definitely would reccomend.

My subscription just ended yesterday.. so much for no subscription required.
I have a total of 4 of these cameras. The company sent me the 4th because one of them wasn’t working correctly.Initially, I really liked them. I did a lot of research online to find ones that didn’t require a subscription. Security mode came on maybe a month ago or so, and made it so I couldn’t change certain settings. I’m also deeply disappointed to say it’s been like 4 to 5 months since buying my first camera and it notified me yesterday saying my subscription had ended on that camera. I’m not sure what other permissions have been removed when that happened. I’m returning 2 of the 4 cause the first one is now outside the return window.Some other issues I encountered were, the cameras started lighting up in the night when they were supposed to be disarmed. I turned off the power indicator lights and they all started coming back on one day. You can’t shut off the motion detector alarm so when someone would enter it would alarm outloud. I wasn’t really able to get any help to be able to shut that feature off. Amazon tried to help and I did the steps recommended but it didn’t take it out of security mode. I didn’t want to alert people that I had cameras.I know the picture says offline, I had unplugged it but it still gives that same warning about security mode on all my cameras plugged in or not.

Order the microSD card along with it. It’s about $15 extra.
It takes about 15 minutes to set it up with your router/ modem, but the camera works well.The thing that made me mad is that it doesn’t come with the micro SD card, and I didn’t notice that I should have purchased it separately. So now I had to put in a separate order for it and wait a week for it. It does seem to have some memory to view a video, but I don’t know how long that will last. They should have included the memory card. If it cost more to include it than just include it in the price. People want to get their camera with all the included items and not have to make a separate purchase.
