How did I ever live without this frother?! Does so many things and so well
This thing is amazing! I wish I’d have had one of these a long time ago. I quit making espresso and frothing milk when my machine finally quit and I missed it. After a couple of years doing without I decided to get a frother and forego the whole expensive espresso machine set up. I read lots and lots of reviews on various frothers and because I did not want a “nonstick” surface in my containers, it narrowed the choices down considerable. I’m not sure why you need nonstick for a frother and I quit using nonstick items many, many years ago for a lot of reasons. After looking at this one for a while, reading reviews and looking at the photos and the number of pieces, (two different sizes containers as well as two lids!), and all of the settings this has, I decided to bite the bullet and take a chance. It was a bit more money than I intended to spend but the less expensive ones were clearly not durable and functional. After using this for a week I ordered another for my granddaughter who loves using this for her cold froth milk, and her hot chocolates. It’s so easy to use! Just plug it in, hit the button, and then scroll through till you find the setting you want. It remembers your last setting, too, so if you normally do the same thing over and over you just turn it on and hit the button to go. This is induction heating and mixing so there is no shaft at all that the frother spring sits and turns on. I kept wondering if this thing would really work when I first unpacked it, but oh does it work! Since there is no shaft you just put the container in the base however it lands, it doesn’t matter. It reads the temperature of your milk, (can use soy and other milks as well), and it shows the reading as it’s heating. Super cool! It has markings inside the containers for minimum and maximum levels depending on what you are doing…..just heating or creating frothy foam. This will make hot chocolate with just cold milk and throwing in a chunk of that Abuelita chocolate. It’s not loud at all, not to me, as pretty much any appliance has a noise to it, and this takes only a minute to three or so depending on what you are doing. It’s incredibly easy to clean, too. I never actually “wash” the containers, I just rinse and wipe it out under the faucet and turn it over to dry on a mat for a bit, then stack them back up onto the base till the next use. It’s not real big so it takes up very little room which was another important point for me since my space is limited. The containers have a pour spout that delivers your finished product, milk or foam, easily. Now, it can make a airy foam, a very dense foam, or cold froth, latte froth, cappucino, and more. It’s really truly an amazing appliance and I’d say well worth the money, whether on sale or not. I can’t say enough good things about this. If you’re looking for a frother or even just a milk heater this is what I’d get. I don’t see it having any problems and it’s already made a whole lot of concoctions. I’ll update if there is any concerns. Simply amazing!

Great frother and I love that there are 2 cups. Easy to clean. We use them for my cappuccino, my husband’s hot chocolate and I started making ginger tea in the larger one. Just put in a big chunk of fresh ginger and water and put it on the hot chocolate setting. You can even resus the ginger if you keep it in the refrigerator.

Got the frother today to use out at our summer spot at the lake. Now I am considering taking it home to replace our Breville frother at home. So easy to use and does an excellent job with capacino
