Monitoring heat
It was very easy to set up.We have three different levels in the house different heating systems for each area.Very cold in the state of Maine so while we were away for a week, it was a comfort not to have to worry about frozen pipes.

Convenient Way To Monitor Your Home Environment Without Complicated Hubs or Setup
These are some of the easiest smart home sensors I have ever set up. You’ll need the SmartApp app to configure and view the sensor readings, but you can integrate these into several ecosystems, including Google and Alexa. These are Tuya devices and fall under their standard Terms of Service; however, if you wish, you can skip creating an account and view the data without integrating with other ecosystems or using smart actions/alerts. Within the app, temperature and humidity data are combined into hourly data points for each day, and the graphs are smoothed to show this. The sensors do seem to measure more frequently, as you can view the current reading and watch it change, but the polling time is unknown. Additionally, monthly and yearly data are averaged into days and months. It’s unfortunate; you lose resolution with historical data, hence the 1-star deduction for an unclear polling rate and historical aggregation.Importantly, you can calibrate the humidity and temperature readings. These meters are fairly accurate within the typical home humidity range of 30-50%. I did find it was about 5% off at high humidity levels when tested using a salt, NaCl, calibration chamber. Additionally, while the kit includes two 1.5V AAA batteries for each sensor, these also work with 1.2V rechargeable AAA batteries. In one sensor I tested 1.2V Ni-MH, and over a 21-day run test, it only consumed 260 mAh total before writing this review, so they will likely run for between 3 and 4 months on the lower-voltage rechargeables.Overall, these are decent sensors for monitoring conditions within your home. I really like that they use two common AAA batteries and have a long life, unlike other ecosystems that use coin batteries. This is a low-cost way to get started with “smart” home devices, as it allows you to expand and still incorporate these eMylo sensors into a more sophisticated system.

Reliable, Easy to Use, and Perfect for Monitoring Multiple Rooms
This WiFi temperature and humidity sensor set works very well. Setup through the Smart Life app is quick and the readings update in real time from anywhere. I like that it uses a 2.4 GHz connection, which keeps it stable and responsive. The accuracy has been excellent for both temperature and humidity.The alerts are extremely useful. You can set custom ranges and get a notification if the room gets too warm, too cold, or too humid. It also works with Alexa and Google Home, so I can ask for the temperature without checking my phone.Data tracking is another great feature. Being able to view and export a year of temperature and humidity history makes it ideal for greenhouses, basements, nurseries, wine storage, and home monitoring.Battery life is strong and the sensors come with AAA batteries installed, so they are ready to use out of the box.Overall, this is a dependable, user-friendly smart sensor kit that works well in any room. Perfect for home monitoring or environmental control.

Easy to use with Home Assistant
These sensors were incredibly easy to add to the Tuya app, and from there into my Home Assistant. Came with batteries, but they seem to be of questionable quality. Both devices were activated at the same time and have been in the same conditions but one is already sending low battery alerts while the other says the battery is full. Because I use these to monitor a remote location, if the battery dies, I lose that sensor until spring. Hoping a fresh set of good quality batteries solves the issue. They are accurate right out of the box and they effortlessly transmit data to the Tuya app. Best of all, they work without a home hub or other gateway. Physically, they are small enough to be placed almost anywhere and the white color will probably work in most people’s home style. Highly recommend this item for ease of setup and ease of collecting and viewing the data.

Work independently no hub needed and integrate well with Alexa
These eMylo sensors are my favorites, easy to set up and integrate well with Alexa. I like that there is no extra device plugged in in the house and no need to purchase another USB charge block, because so far none of the eMylo hub units come with a charge block meaning you either have to use one of your many recharge charge blocks and constantly be changing out plugs or you need to go out and purchase one. So I give this a total five star for that reason there is no hub needing a charge block to plug into the wall, especially if you have multiple units. I would suggest numbering them until you give them all names so was not to lose track of what is where around the home and yard.Update: I purchased another eMylo sensor unit that uses a hub and can handle up to nine more sensors. I was very disappointed to find out I could not add these four sensors onto the hub. They only work independently.
