It cleaned well, except you had to take mop pad off to clean carpet, which was a pain.It did not map the house out well and didn’t seem to clean very long before having to charge. I returned it within a few weeks.

Cant handel Pet hair
Would not fully dump the pet hair from the vacuum. Would leave a large tuff of pet hair in the vacuum and would leave pet hair throughout the cleaning cycle. Pet hair very evident when transitioning from carpet to hardwood floor. The roller would also allow a heavy buildup of hair on the the roller, required frequent removal for physically cleaning the roller. Very dissatisfied with this unit for pet hair control.

Waste of money
This products sucks. It doesn’t mop as stated, it makes 3 streaks on the floor, but doesn’t clean the floor. It misses more areas than it cleans and there’s nothing blocking it. The vacuum is just as bad. There’s a small line where the machine passes. The machine leaked water out when I removed the mop pad. There were 2 spots where the fluids leaked. The machine struggled to find the base after cleaning a few times. It passed over the same areas multiple times but still didnt clean it. When you first start the machine for Mapping it misses a lot of areas. I truly don’t recommend anyone to buy this product. It’s truly not worth the asking price. This isn’t even good for a basic maintenance or upkeep. The navigation is horrible. The cleaner comes out from the base, pauses for 2 minutes before proceeding to the room you requested cleaning. The battery went from 82% to 66% in a matter seconds. It doesn’t clean or pickup dirt well. It didn’t mop the dry area and there’s no obstacles in the way. As you can see it misses a lot. I wish I could do zero stars. Why is it on a pile of cords??
