Great choice of vacuum
This vacuum-mop combo has been a fantastic addition to my home cleaning routine. It is incredibly efficient, handling both vacuuming and mopping seamlessly and doing a very thorough job on both hard floors and carpets. The navigation is excellent, and it rarely gets stuck, which was a huge problem with my previous model. I’m still exploring the app and how things work there but I’m confident I will enjoy it.The best feature, by far, is the charging station with the automatic dirt disposal system. It automatically dumps the collected debris into a sealed bag inside the charging dock. This means I don’t have to empty the dustbin after every single use, or even for weeks at a time. The system holds a large capacity of dirt, making maintenance really easy.The combination of the strong vacuuming power and the effective mopping function, along with the convenience of the self-emptying station, makes this robot vacuum well worth the investment. It works exceptionally well and has significantly cut down the time I spend cleaning.I really do recommend this robot vacuum-mop combo to anyone looking for a reliable and high-tech solution to keep their floors spotless.

Good vacuum, useless app!
The vacuum itself works fine, but it won’t utilize the saved map no matter what I try, making the entire thing pretty much useless. I can’t create a reliable schedule because every day when the vacuum runs, it wants to remap the entire house. I’ve tried every troubleshooting option I can find and it does no good. No matter how many times I click “use this map” and “save map”, it just won’t use it for scheduled cleaningsWorthless! I want my money back!

Great for a house without big hairy dogs.
If you don’t have 2 BIG hairy dogs this would be great. It maps the area and has great suction. Really picks up the dirt and hair. The problem is that the small collection bin on the vacuum itself gets easily clogged with our dog’s hair and it does not return to the unit enough to empty itself. I will open and empty it a few times during the cycle to keep it from happening. It’s great at getting into all the spaces, has good battery life, and finds its way back to home for charging easily. It only came with two bags so make sure to order more. Easy to set up. Easy to use the app on your phone. You can set it on auto to do the whole house or set it to do just one room at a time. You can schedule it to go off when you want. I have not used the mopping feature. I think the mopping feature would be good in a room with large areas of hard floor with no carpets and no pets.

The Airzeen Q10 Pro has been an amazing product. I didn’t like the idea of spending this much on a robot vacuum after my last one was basically useless, but this thing is totally worth it.The suction power is great, the amount of dust, crumbs, and debris this picks up from corners and under furniture is incredible. It automatically boosts the suction when it hits our area rugs which is pretty cool to watch. My hardwood floors have never looked better, and it handles the transition from hardwood to carpet seamlessly.The self-emptying feature is what sold me though. That 3.3L bag lasts quite a while before I need to change it. Before this I was emptying my old robot vacuum constantly, so this is such a relief. The app is pretty straightforward too, I can start it from work and come home to clean floors.Setup was easier than expected. The mapping feature worked great right out of the box and now it knows exactly where to go. It doesn’t bump into furniture like my old one did, and it’s never fallen down the stairsThe battery life is really good, it cleans my whole 1800sq ft house and still has juice left. The mopping function works well for light cleaning.Would definitely recommend if you’re tired of vacuuming constantly. Worth every penny.

Airzeen Q10 Pro robot vacuum is a self emptying robo vacuum. It does an amazing cleaning and mopping. It is very powerful and easy to operate. I use the app to operate it. This robo vacuum creates a very accurate map of the floor and identifies the rooms.There are many options in the app. If you select an area on the map this robo vacuum goes there and clean that area and goes back to the charging station. You can also select any room to clean. After cleaning it empties the the dust bin by itself.  Moping is simple. Just fill water in the small tank and install the provided mop. It identifies the mop is installed and change the cleaning mode to ‘sweep and mop’. If you need to just to mop select mop option. It doesn’t spill water on the floor. Mopping is neat and clean. Once it is fully charged, it works upto 2.5 hrs. If the charge is less, robo vacuum goes back to the charging station and resumes cleaning after changing. There are different levels of suction power and different levels of water output. When it detects the carpet, it boosts the suction power for better cleaning. Cleaning can be scheduled and can be controlled fron anywhere through the app.  Airzeen Q10 Pro robo vacuum and mop works with Alexa and Google Assistant. So it can be controlled by voice. I am happy with this purchase. This robo vacuum is ideal as a gift. It has 2 years warranty.
